Waited 15 months for our customised van. The team worked thru our design needs with care. End result has been excellent and met our needs.

I have to say I bought my second caravan a Sunland Mini 10ft long with a Atm of 1600 and tare is 928kg with water and gas 988kg, from Sunland Caravans and just came back from a months holiday, the van towed exceptionally, hardly knew it was there. The set up was so fast I I was sipping on a sparkling within a minute of stopping. The cost of towing was reduced because of its weight and parking in small places was so easy.
My Sunland Mini is a proto type and designed from the ground up fully manufactured on site in Caboolture Brisbane.
Roy and Tarrot owners of Sunland Caravans listened to every thing I wanted and they exceeded my every wish, with an innovated design that gave me every thing I had in my 20ft 6in caravan in a small Mini package.

As a single lady travelling on her own, I wanted something that would allow me to park at friends places but be easy to manage, when setting up, low in cost to tow but could free camp if I wanted, it has a double bed with the softest pillow top innerspring mattress as I asked for a soft mattress,under bed draws, inside fridge, porta potti as I hate going outside in the middle of the night, easy walk around bed, two seats, huge wardrobe inside table tons of storage, outside is two solar panels for independent camping, 100 amp hour lithium battery, outside sliding kitchen, electric awning, out side hot water shower which also has hot water for the kitchen, if I am in a spot with friends for a few days off grid, outside pantry, oodles of storage, pole carrier, through boot, its just perfect. Honestly dont know why anyone would want a camper trailer. My Mini has country road cruise master independent suspension for trips to national parks as after 6 years towing a 20ft 6in I honestly never ventured off to those very corrugated roads but have done trips to Birdsville so it is perfect for that, I could have got full off road suspension but I dont go to those places anymore.
So yes I recommend Sunland Caravans they not only build a caravan from the ground up they give 20 years warranty on the chassis and 5 years warranty on the build of the caravan, but they listen to their customers and their after market service is the best I have ever experienced, other wise I would never bought my second caravan from them.

Our Sunland Blue Heeler is now approaching it's second birthday and has done around fifteen thousand trouble free KMs over a mix of tar and dirt roads. The van is very well balanced and gives no issues under tow. It's great to pull up at the end of the day and be able to relax in minutes as everything we need is with us in our home away from home. All our dealings with the staff and owners have been friendly and polite from our van build to any follow up servicing or general questions we've had so we have confidence as we continue to use our van into the future Sunland will continue to provide any advice or assistance we might need. I can not recommend the service department of these vans highly enough. We all realise how difficult things are with Covid, however when we needed work done on our van they gave us a date to drop it off, told us when it would be ready and it was. We are extremely happy with the work that was done, our van is like new again, thank you Ben and team.
If you are thinking of buying a caravan look at Sunland for sales, build and after sales service they are wonderful.

Our Sunland Patriot is 7yrs old and still going strong. We have travelled approximately 50,000 kms within Australia, including corrugated roads.
Sunland customer service is exceptional and the owner takes a personal interest to ensure it continues.

Amazing team at Sunland. A family business run by a dedicated team that pays attention to the little things. And the vans are amazing. They actually do build their own vans. Mine is just being built and the whole process so far has been exceptional. Should have my new van in a couple of weeks and cannot wait :) Will add photos when I have it.

We are extremely happy with our van. It is now 7 years old and still as capable and comfortable as ever. It tows perfectly, is very user friendly and I would recommend Sunland Caravans to anybody.

I spent 2 years looking for a off road caravan and Sunland was my choice. i bought it last year and took it off road, down the gibb, Cape Leveque and many others. Dust free no damage just what the manufacturer's said. Fantastic and all the staff are so polite and extremely helpful

Exceptionally good ongoing after sales service even though I bought my Sunland Patriot four years ago (minor issues only). Top quality build that stands heads and shoulders above other caravans.

We are more than happy with our Longreach 20ft-6 caravan. 2018 model
Have done over 10,000 havent had any problems at all, infact the towing is amazing
you don't even know it's behind us. The Instant hot water is great, the 1000 watt Inverter
Has been wonderful, have been able to put kettle on, then toaster,then our baby fry pan how good is that, the gas heater heats up the van within 10mins.
Should have had a Sunland Van years ago, this van is stress free.

Have taken our van all over, Great Central Rd; Strezleki Track, Gibb River Rd and more. Has performed to the high standard that we expected of a great product. Have not come across any Sunland owners who are not happy with their van. Looking forward to many more adventures.
