Bellmere Early Education Centre

Katie and Rochelle are such loving and understanding people, they make you feel really welcome and all the educators and staff are just amazing. They all really go above and beyond to help facilitate transition, especially with my son who still breastfeeds!! Erica and Amy you are absolutely amazing!! My 2 children have started attending recently and we couldn't be happier with our choice of early education! I highly recommend this centre!! Love having you all as our new extended family!! Bellmere Early Education is an excellent centre full of imagination and creativity. The children are all well engaged and supported throughout their learning experience and encouraged to grow and develop at their own pace, each individual being nurtured in their own unique way.
The facilities are fantastic, with two buildings to accommodate all, there's a space for every area of development all the way from the nursery up to before and after school care. The children are encouraged to interact with each other with enabled social growth between the ages. It's a community feeling.
The management and staff are parallel to none in my opinion. They are kind, inclusive and sensitive. The children truly are paramount for them. They have made my family, as unconventional as we are, feel so welcomed and even cared for. We are so grateful for the nurturing culture within their "workplace", it just feels like a home. Even the meals are healthy and home cooked and kid friendly.

I've only been attending this centre for a short 2.5months. My daughter had had the odd sick day here and there compared to our previous centre which she was hospitalised for weeks at a time. In the short time we've been attending Bellmere I have been blown away by how supportive, transparent, amazing, caring and loving the staff are. Big thankyou to the admin staff as well helping to make the transition as smooth as possible. Exceeding all of my expectations I would definately recommend Bellmere Early Education Centre to family and friends. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Caring and trained staff for the kids,safe and warm atmosphere,open communication with the staff regarding the kiss.my both the kids are in childcare and kindy.they both are quite happy being there.

I changed from a centre local to me after having many tours around different areas. I couldn't pass on Bellmere Early Education as the director and staff were so welcoming and caring from day dot. The staff are wonderful, patient, attentive to the individual child's needs, help them learn, they are all so lovely!
We have been at the centre for just under a year now and have had nothing but positives and it's definitely worth the extra drive for us. My son loves the staff and he has absolutely thrived since starting there and looks forward to going weekly. I'm hoping to get him more days soon as we love it.

The staff are so wonderful and really encourage interests, our daughter found her love of bugs and digging in the garden which was not only supported but actively encouraged. Really good communication between educators and families. Would definitely recommend to send your little one here

Bellmere early education centre is not a babysitting service, and its not comparable to any other service.
It's families in relationships with amazing professional care providers in an environment that becomes a second home and a whole bunch of people partnering, trusting, caring and educating each other and our children.

This centre has been my children's second home for 7 years. From when my now 10 year old was in kindergarten to now with my near 4 year old attending kindergarten.
I have chosen the best care and quality for my children in this centre.
Everyone is welcoming and supportive and my little cherubs love the staff for there fun, engaging and interactive learning teaching qualities. 💕

My children have attended the Bellmere centre for almost 4 years now and all I can say is the care, love and support this service has and still does provide to my children and family is incredible. I've always been made to feel welcomed by all staff. I would highly recommend this service if you want your child to have the best start in their early years. And I want to thank everyone for always communicating everything about my childrens days to me and my wife. We know they are well looked.

Me and my two children have been part of the Bellmere family for about 6 years. My daughter started when she was only 8 weeks and now she is in grade 2, and my son will be graduating the kindy program this year after being there from 6 months of age. Like any centre, there has been ups and downs over the years, but one thing that has never changed is the amazing care of my children. The staff have always gone above and beyond and I don't just feel like a parent when I drop off and pick up my kids, I feel like part of the furniture now and have a very good relationship with many of the wonderful educators there. Miss Naomi and Miss Jaye have been there from the very start, these amazing ladies are the heart and soul of this place. But also a shout out to Miss Kristeen, I couldn't have asked for a better Kindy teacher for my son, we think you are amazing. And also to Miss Katreena, you always take the time to have a chat and are so very patient and helpful, which I very much appreciate being the not-so-organised mum I am! 🤣

Our son has been attending since the end of last year, to start the kindergarden program for 2022. The staff is friendly, caring and supportive, the kindy hub is set up great, lots of activities indoors and out for growing little minds. The location is perfect. We couldn't be happier.

Such wonderful carers in this centre in the years my children have been going to Bellmere Early Education Center I have nothing but good things to say about my experience as they are so caring! I have never found a daycare centre that has been so welcoming for myself and my children. They have taught my children some excellent skills in the few years they have been there I'm sad to have to leave this centre and I am only leaving due to moving a fair distance away.

I have to boys attend the centre 1 14 months and other 4 years I highly recommend this centre, they have gave me great support with boys help me support my son with special needs great team of girls very caring staff towards my boys

The centre is awesome. Very clean and well presented. The carers are so friendly and accommodating. We love it!

Good service but bit more pricey then the after school care offered at Bellmere State School who also offer a very good service

After several years of sending my children to this daycare things have gone down hill in a big way. Over the past 12 months the large amount of staff turnover has been difficult for children to process, no consistency, children having to spend the day with children much younger due to not enough staff to properly run each room. Several staff members that were approachable and helpful were let go with no reason just as their probations ended and then parents lied to about them choosing to leave, large amounts of random money being taken out of accounts and head office after many calls refuse to even discuss the issue... blaming centerlink when all CCS statements are correct. It is sad to see such a downfall of this once good centre, and sad for the very few original and dedicated staff members who continue to show up and have to be the middle ground between pathetic head office and disgruntled parents.

Very disappointed with this centre. High staff turnover, poor communication, poor management, staff were silenced when issues were raised. Staff that we were approachable were suddenly not allowed to discuss things with us. The longer the issues went on, the worse the communication/care became. Poor ability to manage children with special needs. Felt abandoned and regret choosing this centre.

Workers are rude as rang up to complain about kids constantly throwing things over fence and they hung up so things are just going to keep coming over broken hoping I hit someone I really wish you could hear way they speak swear and yell to your chrildren not how a centre should talk to their kids education board have been informed and looking into it
