Rainforest Motel

Wow this place is amazing, photos don't do it justice. Super clean, modern rooms. the owner is super helpful and friendly. 10 second walk to the local tavern, short drive to the jetty for fish.

Totally unexpected gem of a place to stay. The photos don’t do it justice. Simple, spacious, perfectly appointed rooms with everything you could need. Private terrace at the front of each room for relaxing & listening to the birds. Super close to the beach, restaurants & shops. Park your car & only get back into it when it’s the sad time to leave. We could have stayed for weeks & weeks. The owner is a lovely, helpful, discreet man. We cannot recommend this beautiful hidden motel more highly.

Great clean rooms ideal for couples and being dog friendly is an absolute bonus. Does not indicate previous animals at all.
Brendan and Jo were extremely welcoming. Motel is close to the main street which has plenty of hospitality outlets.
You'd be crazy not to stay here🙂

The best location in the whole of mission beach with just a short walk to the tavern, beach and local shops! Beautiful lush setting and comfortable rooms. A great little bbq area and pool with onsite car-parking. Definitely the little tropical escape I was looking for!

What a little hidden gem this motel is . Very friendly welcome we received 😊. Lovely fresh clean room , plenty of space . Quiet location & just behind main steet ,even has a private access to Pub ( which had great meals ) & main street . Never seen a Motel with a camp kitchen ever . Recommend this place . Oh & so much cheaper than a cabin @ a caravan park . Will be back .

Lovely little motel set in beautiful tropical gardens great fantastic welcoming helpful host great shower very comfy bed amazing location to wobble back to after doing the rounds of the great local bars, will definitely be back when up this way again a very unique place

Stayed for 2 nights the owner is very friendly he is renovating all the rooms. In all the rooms he has put in little things so you don't have to buy a meal there is an outdoor eating area with full size fridge and also there is wine glasses,Washing-up detergent, tea towel bottle opener and even a torch for when you walk through the alley beside the pub. Close to beach and shops

We have stayed here 3 times now and will be back again! Great location in walking distance to tavern, cafes, beach, etc. Clean & cosy rooms and very pet friendly motel.

Great location. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Really well kept. We would have stayed here longer if the weather held up. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying here. A very relaxed place with great little units. It also has a fully equipped camp kitchen if you wish to cook for yourself. It backs directly onto the tavern for drinks and meals. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable room in a garden setting in the middle of Mission Beach. Great value. I'll definitely stay again.

Owner so nice and friendly. Room tidy and clean. Really nice touch to have a decent shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser. Great communal facilities for cooking. Really nice bar and restaurant to eat at the motel!

Outside the room lead to tavern.
I also enjoyed the bbq area where next morning I was able to prepare, cook and enjoy eating with Jean, the Miso we have each day.
Fantastic place, pleasant atmosphere.

A very convenient location with a well kept room. Very clean and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a camp kitchen for guests and each unit has a patio area.

Lovely place. Quiet, private and right behind the main CBD if you can call it that.

Just spent 3 night there. Nice little rooms close to everything. Managers were lovely and happy to help with anything we needed. Will definitely be back
