Great meal terrific service and lovely atmosphere

Recently relocated from 50 George to 76 George Street. Lovely premises, just modernised throughout. Pleasant seating indoors and a lovely setting in the garden at the rear of the building, with several extra tables.
The service is charming, and quite prompt The coffee is great. There's a wide range of things to choose from, if you want a meal or a snack. And I can't make coffee for nuts, with a proper coffee machine like the one we have at home, so I'm dependent on Hubbles if my wife's out.
Best of all, it's only a few minutes walk down the street, from my front door.

This is such a special place with wonderful, homemade healthy food, & fabulous service. Great if dining on your own or with friends.

A comfortable setting with friendly staff and fast service. The coffee is divine and there are plenty of food to go options available.

Lovely local Cafe. Well priced, home style cooking. Tasty and healthy lunches. Good variety of cakes, muffins and slices. Great coffee. Relaxed indoor/outdoor feel in a quiet setting. Nothing fancy but reasonable price for a mid-week treat or catch up.

Delicious breakfast and great coffee. Spinach and fetta eggs were superb. Loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff too. A wonderful way to start our day. Definitely will return.

Stopped in for a coffee and really nice juice, Apple , strawberry, lemon very refreshing on warm afternoon. Wife had a slice of lemon tart which she said was lovely. Pleasant staff and clean tables.

Came to Hubbles Yard Cafe for the first time this morning for breakfast. The pancakes were amazing and the toasted granola, fresh fruit and yogurt was the same. My husband and I did a 'share' plates. Best pancakes in Freo! The granola was full of flavour with toasted pecans and all kinds of yummy nuts and seed :) We will be back Susan and Sean

We had lunch. All meals so generous and fresh. Fritters, chicken sandwich and the fish and chips all hits. Ummmm....coffee was warm, so maybe increase temp next time.

It's taken a while to get rid of bad rep from previous owners... and as a local I'm not proud to admit that I boycotted this place due to previous owners horrible service.
So happy that I can now another lovely cafe to my list of local regulars!!

Always a regular pitstop on the morning walk. Such a gorgeous, friendly place...all the food looks delish but can vouch for the amazing muffins and lovely service
