This is a proper gym. It's large with a good range of equipment, plenty of plates and dumbells. It's clean and tidy - people actually unload the machines and put weights away. Best of all, it's only 10$aus for a casual session. You do need a towel but can hire one for 2$aus. Would defo recommend.

Great gym, fully equipped and has good fans to beat the heat, water fountains, sanitation equipment and that old skool rustic feel. Also shout out to Scott his customer service is impeccable, proper welcoming

I’m currently travelling and went to this gym a couple of times. I couldn’t recommend it enough! It has the most lovely atmosphere, everyone works hard, but is super friendly. You’re met with a lovely gym staff member, who was really helpful and made me feel so welcome. The equipment is awesome, it had everything I needed. If ever I find myself back in Perth, I will absolutely be back. Thank you 😊

Only one bench and a little bit too high rack for me, but everything else was nice!

What a great gym! Really clean, a serious atmosphere and well spaced out. If you are an equipment nerd like me, you'll love it here with unique machines that you won't come across regularly. For the serious body builder.

Came early morning for a 5am leg day during a work trip. Because i am living the work-life balance value. Yeah nah cheers, good on me. Good spot, fine music, fine equipments and so easy for a casual entry. Let us all work hard, workout harder and recover at the hardest.

Fantastic gym. Very friendly and attentive staff. The equipment and space absolutely spotlessly clean with all members cleaning down their equipment which is reassuring during Covid. So much equipment especially if your into body building. there is a cardio floor with lots of equipment. Highly recommend this place best casual rates in Perth if your a visitor in town as we were. will definitely come back when visiting.

Clean, friendly staff, top quality machines and atmosphere.

Front counter greeting was excellent, casual prices excellent as well. Had a good workout, warmed up in the cardio area first upstairs then went downstairs and weight trained. Found the free weights very good and most machines worked well with a couple a little too small for my frame. Good lighting and plenty of mirrors for checking your form. Joining prices very affordable and shower room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed a healthy meal after in their seating area and chatted with the owner when I was training. Overall a very good gym, handy location and great atmosphere.

Great gym. It's got that oldschool bodybuilding gym feel to it but with modern facility. A wide range of awesome machines to compliment all the free weights. Recommend to anyone wanting a good session. $10 casual visits aswell which was handy for me being in town for only a short time.

When I moved from Vic, I searched hi and low for the perfect gym. This is it, the the vibe is incredible. Everyone is friendly and wants to help you. I recommend this gym over the 10+ others I have tried throughout perrh and surroundings 4 months moving here. This is were you want to be!

Awesome equipments for bodybuilding and perfect for getting a mind muscle connection. I loved the idea of having thick grips for light weights which develops strength for beginners.

People who come here are highly motivated! Has great equipment, clean and affordable. Always parking. No aircon but that adds more to its no-nonsense, training is serious business atmosphere!
Staff are nice and helpful and but wish the environment was a little more social/friendlier.
