Reasonable distance to RPA hospital. Good overflow solution if the closer and cheaper parkings are full. Price is $44/ day

I couldn't find a park at the nearby academic institution and stayed for well over 4 hours. I was incredibly grateful when the gate on exit didn't charge me the advertised rate.
This was an obviously human decision and I am thankful for that.

The best Park and best location make sure to book online before entering that will save you lots of dollars also if you think you will exceed the maximum hours ring customer service and they will help you with few hours for free if you got a reason for why you will dealy like held back at the clinic and you will get let out for free.

Very expensive if you do not book online. I would suggest booking ahead. It’s a decent car park but because street parking is all filled up. Also be careful about entering/exiting. Can be dangerous.

Left my car here when called for a transplant in the middle of the night from the country. Was the only carpark I was aware of that i could get into near RPA. Subsequently, i was put into isolation for almost a month post surgery. The one good thing i can say is that was that the car was safe over the time.
Attempted to contact customer service for 3x for assistance due to being in isolation, needing advice and to see if there was a discountavailabledueto hospitalisation, and messages were ignored with no follow-up or response from the company. When I finally got to move the car, paystation would not accept card payment, hit the call button on the machine, when operator eventually answered, she was rude and smartassed and would not answer simple questions before hanging up.

The fee was ridiculously expensive and had to pay card fees on top of a $900 parking fee. I would not recommend using this facility or company unless absolutely no other option.

Prebooking does not work on the car park entry. Fortunately the onsite staff allowed the gate to open, otherwise it may result in double pay.

Avoid this one , always full & dangerous walkways close to traffic .The Pay station is on P1 so if you are on P3 you have to wait ages for the very busy lifts or walk down the ramps amid the circling cars jostling in the tight space. Maybe best in the afternoon when the early bird parkers leave. If you need assistance walking avoid this carpark .

Honestly it shouldn’t cost a staff member now $25 to park. When I started end of 2022 parking was $13 it is now $25 having risen three dollars over the last two weeks. Cost of living crisis while these guys making a killing off a medical centre car park. You advertise as being affordable parking but it’s $9 for half an hour. At least be honest with the people you are so clearly ripping off. There is no all day street parking within 1km of the centre and minimal past that so they are quite literally making bank off inconvenience. Parking is necessary accessibility for many and this is not accessible nor affordable

Wilson Parking at RPA is a disgrace. There was no grace period and on arrival you spend 5+ minutes searching for a car space. On returning to pay, the clock on my watch just turned 90 minutes as I was inserting the ticket and - bang - the fee jumped $10 to $29 for 90 mins. Worst of all, the car park was completely full, and there was a massive traffic jam of people reversing to get out, amid double parked cars, and narrow lanes and corners. I had to get out of my car and direct traffic down 4 levels. No doubt everyone one of them had to pay even though they could not park! Disgraceful if the only word.
