Great service from the young bloke in training, and the young lady training him was a breath of fresh air.
Great range to choose from.
Pricing of what’s expected at an airport and all round great place to wait for a flight with food & drink.

A beautifully clean & fresh bar. Presentation is perfect along with the staff that work in there.
No matter how busy they are, they still have a smile on their faces.

Great snack, beer and amazing service. They were flat out but just kept going and made things happen.

Plane late and the young lady managing the bar is just lovely and not showing any stress while looking after a very busy bar

Booze is pretty xxy but hey it’s an airport. Service from Mon impeccable

Guy behind the bar was helpful and friendly. NO soda water, tonic water or dry. Only sparkling Rose available. Very disappointed.

Not enough staff. Guy couldn’t keep up with all the things he had to do lots of people waiting for drinks. Not his fault.

Incorrect Opening hours on Google. Actually open 10am to 8pm.

Ordered a glass of Pinot Noir, was handed a glass of sparkling white wine.

I queried, "Pinot Noir " the barman nodded to tge glass and said "Chardonnay Pinot Noir"
We both repeated ourselves a few times, like a Monty Python dead parrot sketch.
Then I said "Pinot Noir is a red wine".

After a short processing delay he advised that they don't have a red wine, just a Tempranillo. (Coincidentally and happily is a red wine)
I agreed that would be a good replacement for a glass of sparkling white, and we both went on our ways.

Me shaking my head that the only bar in the gateway airport for the Hunter Valley wine region does not have a range of wines, or staff who are trained in which wine is white and which is red.

P.S. The Tempranillo was a good drop.

Drank 3/4 of my beer and found a hair in my beer. Took it back and the guy didn't believe me. He poured out the rest of the beer, washed the glass and didn't provide a refund or replacement.

Redhot wine glasses straight out of dishwasher!! Refused to attempt to cool a bit with water but happy to cool it with wine. Made no sense. Gave it a miss. Staff rude to everyone in slow queue before me, had a feeling it would not go well. Stick to water, sigh.

Bar closed at 8:15pm, should be open til 9pm as per the website. Our flights were delayed and couldn’t use our vouchers. Poor bar staff, girl who worked there looked like she’d rather jump off a bridge.

Been at airport for 7 hours because of delayed flight. Had 4 pints and then had some water for about a hour and a half while I watched a movie thinking this was a sufficient break. Go back to get another beer only to be told I'm now cut off cos I've had too many. Abosulte joke. Won't put any money here again.

After standing at an unattended bar for 10mins a young woman arrived and informed the people waiting thats she will only be serving from one side. After not asking who was next I then had to wait for another 2 people (who had arrived after me) to be served for me to finally be served. Great customer service from a very rude and clearly agitated young woman

Barman was very rude and clearly unhappy in his job

$18.30 for a pint of Australia's cheapest tap beer?

This bars a joke. Allows table service but no one behind the bar to serve? And when are the actual open and closing times? I witnessed the same thing in August 2022. Management need to step up.

Stood 10 mins at counter….no one is here. Absolute joke, just ordered a Carlton dry pint and it’s out. Was going to order food too but no chance after this will I get my food before I need to board.
