We initially started with an unrealistic budget but Nathan never said it was impossible. He made great design suggestions and recommendations that meant we could have everything we wanted most in our home with no compromise on quality. We were interstate for almost all of the build and we learned we could trust him completely. He kept us up to date with photos, consulted us when necessary, listened and responded if we ever had a concern. The trades-people he engaged were local, as much as possible, and we found them capable and respectful professionals in their trades. We were also extremely grateful that Nathan completed our home in only six months. It saved us a lot in storage and accommodation. Whilst you have a several awards Nathan for your building and design, you also deserve an award for your practical and honest communication with clients and making dreams come true. No problem was unsolvable in the building of our beautiful home. It’s everything we hoped for and more!”

With a plot in our hand and vision in our eyes, we made plans of our Dream Home to our specifications on paper and set out in search of a suitable builder. After a few months of bumps and roller coaster rides with various builders we met Nathan. And we instantly clicked!!

Nathan understood our vision. He was willing and, more importantly, was capable of converting it into reality. He took our ideas on board and offered some great ones of his own.

His attitude, hands-on high skills in every aspect of building, strong work ethics and integrity made the process of building our home a completely stress-free and enjoyable experience for us.

Nathan had a rigorous project oversight. He was on the site almost every day. Such was his passion and involvement in the project that the masterpiece he created exceeded our expectations!

His professional skills apart, Nathan is a very polite and respectful gentleman. It is no surprise that we shared a great comfort factor with him throughout the project and long afterwards!

From our first meeting last year we knew we wanted to work with you on getting the Vivo property up and running. Best of all we have been fortunate to be able to collaborate with you along the way, refining elements of the design and trying some new ideas. You never blinked at the requests and your calm nature made it feel like team work at every step.

We are still amazed every time we enter the property as to how spectacular the building really is. You did so much to make the space efficient and open and very cool to boot.
