Springbrook Cafe

Living in Great Ocean Road's Apollo Bay, I've got to say, Springbrook gives it a run for its beauty! The people are awesome, the vibes are amazing, and the air is super fresh. And oh my goodness, you've got to check out the Springbrook Cafe – it's like a hug for your taste buds! After a nice long walk, hubby and I dug into the yummiest egg and bacon roll 🥪, paired with the best coffee ☕. The weather was perfect, and the whole vibe just made us happy. This was actually my second trip to Springbrook and that cafe – seriously, don't miss their mouthwatering pies too. They're a treat! 😍🥰♥

Oh, and I can't believe I almost forgot – I also snagged some honey from them! Let me tell you, it's hands down the best honey I've ever had. It's like liquid gold – pure sweetness in a jar! 🍯❣❣❣❣❣❣

Staff is Amazon there. Good vibe. I had night beer there talking to local people there, they were playing darts. Parrot lives there and we became a good friends. Ginger beer was really good. I also had a morning coffee there in a company of different parrots 😊 those birds are so local. I loved this place so much, and will highly recommend to visit it!!!

Good food, just understaffed, so the wait time was a bit longer. The hamburger and carrot cake were so good. My partner enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant.

The food was amazing and very fresh. The service was incredible, very friendly staff even helped us out with finding a stubby cooler to add to our collection. Very friendly puppy dog said hello to us. You can hear all kinds of birds singing, very peaceful

Great Cafe with a lovely deck and outdoor area. Perfect for a snack after a walk.

Beautiful location and even greater people and service in the cafe, was an absolute delight to have some wine here in the evening, would highly recommend and will be coming back again :)

Absolutely delicious burger, had a hard time getting my mouth around, and friends had to revert to a knife and fork out was so large. Staff very friendly

Great Little Cafe with a large Variety of food. We ordered the home made pies and chilli sausage rolls. Lots for the kids to eat and the Lady that served us I believe to be the owner was so lovely and accommodating. Cute little pets around and a beautiful garden.

The owners & staff here are absolutely fantastic. Great selection of beers / drinks & the coffee is fantastic.
Food is great & on a chilly evening, the terrace is an absolute hoot... with the most welcoming / delightful locals.

Definitely try to spend a little more than a quick stop here... you'll not regret it.

Yummy food and friendly staff!

We came here for coffee, was very reasonable and tasted great, good little garden outside and really cool bar inside the owner ( I think she was) was really nice and lovely had a great chat they also have a little grocery store too !

Great oasis to rest, refuel & recharge the weary body after hiking the trails. Great fresh food and an excellent selection at the bar, yes it's a bar too. Lovely friendly staff. Cheers

Springbrook cafe would have to be the place if you’re travelling to Springbrook the people are friendly. The food is awesome and the place just has the best atmosphere.

Stopped at this place for lunch whilst travelling for the day. It was busy and they were shortstaffed but the girl serving did an excellent job, she communicated the wait times, apologised for the wait and did everything she could to keep people happy whilst serving, making coffees and running orders. The food was good and came out hot in a reasonable amount of time. Would go back next time I'm in the area. Very nice place to stop for lunch with great service.

Only hot food we got were chips and we also found a tomato from their fridge that I cut up and ate with salt and pepper. You can tell that the owners are overworked but such lovely people who still manage to keep a positive atmosphere considered what's going on in the world. This place is full of character, many lovely tables to choose from and parakeets and cockatoos eating sunflower seeds is a beautiful touch. Thank you for the chips! They were lovely!

Very friendly staff and excellent service. Thoroughly enjoyed the cup of tea and lemon cake. Nice garden for the kids to look through.

Stopped in here on Sunday for a bite to eat at lunchtime. Poor staff were getting pounded, the place was soooo busy. The staff were friendly, kept their cool, informed people there would be a wait for food and cracked on with serving people. Our burgers were tasty and just what we needed after a walk in the freezing cold rainforest to the lookout.
BONUS: they are licensed and serve beer on tap!!
