The Headmasters cafe

Came in with Mum and our little dog. What a unique place, old primary school, classrooms all given back to the community. The cafe is an old house with a bunch of rooms, the service is friendly and fast, the food is super tasty. You can sit inside or out on the veranda. We had 2 pots of tea (it’s fresh leaves) Avocado on Turkish and salmon on Turkish $39. The chef came out and plucked fresh herbs from the garden for our food. The converted the tennis court into a community herb garden…love it. I will be back.

One of the best kept secrets. I’m so happy we pulled in and had a coffee and cake. Coffee was strong just the way I like it, and the cake was delicious (pavlova and sponge with strawberries). I can count on one hand the places I would recommend for a “must visit” as a nice stop along a relaxing ride and this place has made the list.

The best country cafe experience in the Gold coast hinterland we've ever had. From the fabulous scenery, great food & friendly/helpful staff who went out of their way to make our visit one to remember. We encourage everyone to try them, you won't regret it.

Great customer service and clean, tidy with plenty of room. Great place for a coffee and a bite to eat. Great views and will be going back again.

Nice spot with good food. Now they have a roof on the deck soon which makes it so much nicer. Dog friendly. Sometimes there are markets right next door

The food was fantastic the service was so friendly and inviting..the customer service was so helpful and answered all our questions about the history of the building.. we can't wait to go back
