As soon as you walk in the door you are asked if you need a hand, the staff are very helpful with alot of knowledge, if they dont have the item you want, they can get it shipped down from townsville for no extra cost

We were in BCF today to get some more lures to suit the area and also find out more about Ayr fishing spots. Dylan P. served us and was a wealth of knowledge. He taught us so much and even went through our current tackle box to give us some advice on what we already had and also to make sure the soft plastics were set up correctly. Dylan is an asset to this store. Very friendly, helpful and polite.

Buying a life jacket for our little boy, who was being stubborn about the colour of the jacket.

We wanted to buy him the yellow one with flotation collar and whistle.
He wanted the green vest one (he's obsessed with green 😂)

Two team members very kindly helped convince him why the yellow one is not only safer, but way cooler than the green one - to the point he left the store with a big smile, boasting about his super cool safe yellow life jacket!

Great bcf. Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked and up-to-date. When they didn't have what I wanted they told me where to get it in town.

Didn't buy anything in store as they didn't have brand I was after but the lady in store wad extremely helpful and pointed us to the shop where we can get it. Great customer service!
