I was done using the washing machine and with drying my clothes at 7:59pm. I had walked out to my car and walked back inside to get the my clothes and to my surprise the door was completely locked and it was 8:01pm. The store claims to close at 8:30pm. I had to leave my clothes back at this store in all 3 dryers because there was no phone number provided and no contacts at all. This is very frustrating because you're dealing no one and I desperately needed my clothes. Disappointing.

Standing here at 7.55PM on Thursday night, 28/09 with my laundry inside cause it's locked up.
I've been here 10 minutes now hoping someone is inside. Laundry is supposed to be open till 8.30PM and the doors are locked.
First time I've used this and be the last time.
Hopefully my clothes wil be there when I get back in the morning..

No proper opening hours. Steals money! Clothes! No way to contact the owner! Than when confronted. They refused to let me get me clothes out the machine! It stayed in there overnight! Then when I went to get it first thing in the morning. The owener had thrown it away!

Says 8.30pm close, arrived back for our clothes at 8.17pm to see it still drying but doors locked. No contact details either.

I didn’t realise the closing in time until the doors closed with my washing still inside and saw it written on the door, no way to contact
