Great piece of software that makes it easy to manage machinery compliance. Constant updates to improve functionality, and a fantastic team on hand to help get you set up and solve any issues. They really know their stuff!

I've been working with the team at Plant Assessor since 2011. They are always extremely diligent and professional. I also appreciate the continual innovation. Plant Assessor is a great business to partner with.

Love the simplicity of the app

Fairly easy to use and access

We were after a pre start app for our team that takes away paper and gives visibility.
This app has the potential to cover everything needed in this space.
However, the customer service and support is beyond atrocious.
We are unable to set it up properly.
We were told that they are prioritising their priority customers and basically we aren’t one.
Because we don’t need or want the risk assessments, we have been completely brushed aside.
We are willing to pay higher than the highest fee without risk assessments, but their focus is on locking in people who want these.
Despite generating other customers by directing our plant suppliers to provide risk assessments for the plant we hire, we still can not get any assistance.

Our business of 600+ staff who attempted to trial this on a small scale before rolling it out company wide has since moved on.

Don’t waste your time.

Avoid this company at all costs!
We were obliged by a client to onboard equipment using the Plant Assessor platform. Unbeknownst to us, when you create a user profile you automatically sign up any plant for 12 months. The plant was on site for a single day, and we are now stuck paying fees for the next 12 months. To add insult, the generic risk assessment generated by Plant Assessor in no way reflected the risks of the plant. Unsurprisingly, integrity is not one of the core values listed on their website.

Horrible! Signed up over the phone, didn't get 50% of the info they claim so I chased them for more info and was told that's all they have so I tried to cancel via email. Thought that would be the end of it HOWEVER! they have this ridiculous system, never contacted me and continued to charge my account. Now they want me to pay hundreds od dollars in fees before they'll let me cancel a contract I cancelled via email as a managing director of the company. I advise to stay well away from this company.

Absolutely the worse system I have ever had to deal with! Files that are uploaded into the library disappear or the files that are uploaded show in the "my machines" list but will then disappear in the pre-qual list and equipment that is approved for pre-qual are dropped for no reason meaning you have to start again getting a pre-qual. Only using this, as we are forced to. A LOT of contractors I have spoken to have the same issue. Wouldn't recommend to any company and would give no stars if I was able!

Absolute scam!! Stay away don't listen to fake positive reviews.
I signed up for a free account to see if I could get a risk assement for my truck.
I didn't complete the forms because I could see my truck didn't comply so I left it.
Then I started get emails saying I owe them money for the risk assement that wasn't complete.
They they add more fees and ask for another 100$ on top to get out of the plan.
Absolute scam

Stay away.
We simply wanted to get a risk assessment for one machine for one job. Spoke to the staff over the phone and they said just sign in and pay the one off fee.
We're now stuck in a 12 month contract for something we weren't told about and don't need.
