This showroom was a nice change from the typical bigger box stores. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the products in stock at the Beresfield store. This is not a huge store that will take you 45 minutes to simply browse every product available. It's a store that displays a decent range of products, yet they have the knowledge and resources to help you track down what you want. Friendly staff eager to help - we'll be going back for further purchases. Pram and wheelchair friendly showroom - ground level only and easy to get around. Make sure when you're preparing to drive out to the showroom that you have the address correct, otherwise you may end up at their trade electrical wholesaler (incidentally, those guys are also friendly). Overall, we'll be looking to these guys for future purchases.

I am based interstate and had some questions about the products I needed. Kylie was absolutely wonderful to deal with over the phone, explaining more about the products, looking up specs and even recommending products that would be better suited for my space. She followed up quickly with a very informative email including direct links to what I needed.
From my brief dealings, I am blown away by the fantastic service! The prices were the best I could find online, and interstate postage was very fast too.

We just order 6 fans from Alstra Lighting, the price was competative and they were delivered in record time.
One of the fan covers was scratched and it took all of 1 hour for Joel to get it sorted.

Joel and the team at Alstra Lighting are nothing short of amazing. The lights I ordered, as it turns out they have 2 sku's which is confusing and I ordered the wrong one (not alstra's fault). I felt a bit silly not realizing this. I thought I would hit up support in hopes I could get a refund or swap and Joel was a champion and corrected my mistake and ordered the ones I needed. Can't recommend them enough! Will order again for sure.

I shop from QLD online but they have been available via phone for any questions I have had. And their prices are very competitive if not generally less expensive then other websites.

It’s reassuring knowing there is a store front to back up their online service.

I went in with some requirements and the team paired me with the Ventair Skyfan DC which we are loving. It performs really well and can’t hear it at all. Wish I had them in every room.
Great range in the shop of things I haven’t seen before and even better service from the staff.

Friendly helpful staff. Not crowded.

Placed an order for 3 fans on 11th of October. One fan was delivered on the 23rd of October and despite what the website says I was not given a tracking number. The other 2 were placed on back order and again I received no tracking information despite sending multiple emails so that I could ensure safe arrival of my items the other 2 were delivered on 14th of November, even though the website stated that they had them in stock. I’ve reported this issue and my disappointment directly through email and though the team did apologise nothing else was offered and frankly I feel the apologies were not sincere and not enough.

I ordered fan from alstra lighting .. but after 3 days they didn’t send anything.. i call 2 times to customer care but they don’t have any information.
