Worth stopping, but only if you have the time to slow down and enjoy the experience. The wine tasting was informative but without the pressure to buy like other cellier doors, they were just happy to share their expertise.
Tapas - book in advance and you won’t be disappointed. Delicious.

Went for tata night, awesome food, better than a range of so called restaurants. Lamb is cooked to a perfect degree. And the steak wasabi tart is also one of the best dishes I ever taste in orange. Would recommend for dinner or date. For the wine. Merlot is a bit average, but the Pinot Noir is nice. Not very complex taste but good aromas.

We had a family celebration there & selected the tapas dishes to share. All the food was delicious - the standouts for us were-the lamb cutlets, the baked Camembert & the garlic prawns. Their wines were also lovely & complemented the food nicely.

What a wonderful venue and a most fantastic dining experience. Perfect for a large group, catering for all tastes. The hosts were most accomodating and the tasty tapas menu items were exceptional. All washed down with perfect wines. Thank you Slow Wine Co, from Sydney Easy Riders

Absolute must stop! Some of the best wines you will ever taste! Every wine was delicious with the Pinot Noir a particular stand out! Only $5 for tasting 11 wines which was refundable upon any purchase. Bottles start at $25. Absolutely lovely couple too who run the place! Amazing tapas to match on a Fri & Sat night too!

100% would recommend this little family run cellar door experience. So friendly and very chilled out, in the beautiful little village. All the wines were lovely and all grapes sourced from their own. Scenic drive to here was unreal. Lovely little spot ! Recommend the 2015 Pinot Noir.

Although it’s not located at the winery itself this was by far the best tasting we did all weekend. The owners took the time to talk to us and shared so much knowledge of not just their wines but the local area as well. I am not a huge wine drinker and I enjoyed a large variety of wines they had on offer. We will definitely be back to try the 2019 range.

My wife and I enjoyed a wine tasting at the Slow Wine and Co. The wine is some of the best I've tried at an affordable price. We brought a case off them and will continue to buy through their website as they deliver here to Sydney. Their wine has a unique taste which you won't find at many other wineries. A must try.

Headed to Milthorpe for the weekend and thought we’d try tapas at the Slow Wine Company. Absolutely amazing food and wine, combined with great local service makes this place a must. Everything was delicious, personal favourites were the prosciutto mozzarella arancini and the baked Camembert with honey. Couldn’t recommend more.

Such a lovely hidden gem in Millthorpe. We stopped here on the way to Orange for the weekend, and I’m so glad we found this place! Terry was a great host and knowledgeable about wines. We really liked their wines as well, especially Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Highly recommend this cellar door. Thanks again to Terry for amazing experience!

Fantastic venue for a wine tasting and it is only $5. Great range of locally made wines including some specialty blends. You can enjoy your wine with a cheese platter and latter at night they offer Tappas to ocompany the wine.

Excellent wine. Really enjoyed talking with the winery owner Terry about the level and attention to detail that the wine gets.
Well worth a visit.
