Honestly I wasn’t expecting that level of customer service from the great ladies. I was confused either I should go this shop or other then finally i came here as there was no vine selling in this shop compared to other one. The girls called out my name 2,3 times as I went to the toilet, upon my coming back my coffee got cold cuz of my own mistake and they without thinking said we can make a new one for u. What a great kick start before flight. Must come and appreciate them. Have a good trip to all 😊

Excellent choice of food especially, for an airport Cafe with good vegetarian and vegan options - all very healthy and tasty.

I eat here almost every week while travelling and it’s great. People need to remember this is Newcastle… it’s a regional airport, not a major city. The food and drinks are good, and the staff are always friendly. The wait times are usually very short, but occasionally if it’s busy it’s longer… same as anywhere else. Thanks guys for your hard work

I enjoyed the most amazing breakfast while waiting for my flight yesterday.
My avo smash was prepared so quickly even though there was a few people in the airport.
I didn't catch the servers name but she was bright and bubbly and offered great advice on what I should try.
I recommend getting to the airport a little early so you enjoy a nice breakfast at Valley & Wine.

Tasty food, generous serving sizes, pleasantly surprised. We had the salmon, and beef curry, and would highly recommend both.

Good coffee and excellent service. Got here at 730am and Lady behind counter was on her own! She was amazing at handling the que and orders all by herself. Taking orders , making coffees and brekkie wraps always bring friendly and having a smile on her face. Employee of the Month is a definite for me.
