I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fabulous restaurant, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. The exquisite French fine dining, featuring dishes made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients, was nothing short of culinary perfection. Each bite was a testament to the high level of care and expertise put into the preparation.

The ambiance of the restaurant complemented the meal beautifully. The service was impeccable. Every detail, from the elegant setup to the meticulous cleanliness, contributed to a refined and welcoming atmosphere.

But what truly took my breath away was the scenery. The restaurant is nestled in a natural paradise, offering stunning views of the Hunter Valley that make dining here a visual feast as well. The harmonious blend of nature's beauty with the sophisticated dining experience creates a unique and enchanting atmosphere. I truly enjoyed every bite looking a the beautiful secenery.

This place is a hidden gem, perfect for any and all occasions. The exceptional food, service, and setting are sure to make any event memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a dining experience that goes above and beyond in every aspect."

A truly divine experience of culinary quality, customer service and atmosphere.
The three course Saturday dinner was something truly spectacular. The food was delicious, tender, and much larger portions than I've had at other fine dining locations.
The front of house was punctual, friendly, and happy to provide wine pairings for the dishes.

I will most certainly be coming back again. And a recommendation for anyone looking for some French and French inspired food in the Hunter Valley region.

Impeccable venue, service and food!! We attended Bistro Molines for their lunch service as part of a birthday. I honestly cannot fault their set menu provided to us today. The star of the show was the leek pie and market fish (pictured). The staff went above and beyond for our group - we did have a few kids with us and the servers were very adapting to this. The location was picturesque. Table setting and decor within restaurant was absolutely stunning. I really cannot fault my experience and encourage you to make the drive to the hunter valley to visit this place

What a day!
We had the best time having the best lunch 😋 with the best view ever.
A team member welcomed us to the table, and that was the beginning of the fun.
The view was mesmerising, and the food was amazing. Delicious is an understatement.
Chef special is so good for dessert.
The best bread with extra virgin olive oil. To the degree that we had to go and buy the same olive oil from the winery next door.
Highly recommend to everyone
If I ever went to Hunter Valley again, I would definitely visit you again.

Absolutely amazing for a lunch following my mate’s wedding day nearby (Molines was recommended by the bride). Booked early with the table request and the staff did take it seriously, I want it, I got it, thank you very much. Would highly recommend if you’re around the area to check this place out, the view, the service and the ambience just won’t disappoint.

The noise in the room was at times too loud to hear conversation and the dance floor was not so great for heels but overall a really sweet place to celebrate

Thank you Robert and Sally for once again an amazing experience. We love Bistro Molines and yesterday was very special as we got to take friends there for their 50th Birthdays. The food and service and wine was excellent. And that view, nothing compares. Thank you for sharing your dream and passion with us all.

Great French food at an incredible location. I have been to a few restaurants at Hunter Valley and this restaurant has one of the best views. The service here is top tier. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time celebrating a milestone birthday here and will definitely come back again.

Amazing food. Special service from Robert. The most efficient staff I've ever Experienced! Book tho! Very busy but the views while you wait are amazing. Wine from cellar door highly recommended . The best experience we had today. Molly was so attentive effiecent and knowledgeable.

Booked our lunch here with husband after our premium wine tasting at Carillon Cellar. Can't fault food, it was really Amazing. It has a beautiful view of the vineyard, they've got friendly and accomodating staff, we just had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back with family and friends. Highly recommended this place,worth the drive.

The waitress even knew how to clear a table and carry plates. It was such a pleasure to be the recipient of good old-fashioned service, great wine, and food

Note - my partner had already cut into his duck before I took pic of his meal, but presentation was absolutely lovely for all of our meals, couldn't wait to dig in!

The most amazing restaurant we have been to in a really long time. All the staff were so nice and accommodating, they let us change our table when we arrived to something better positioned. Robert the owner was walking around and sparked conversation with the 2 men in our group and then proceeded to bring us out a little dish free of charge that was from our culture.
Breathtaking views, and food was beautiful.
Will definitely be visiting again next time I’m in the Hunter Valley!

Captivating charming and charismatic
This restaurant is romantic, charming and stunningly beautiful. The food, service and views all excellent. White table cloths, lovely china and surrounding make this restaurant a pleasure to be in with views looking onto grape vines and rolling hills.
Lovely menu and good wine list.
We had lunch and it felt very relaxing and unhurried.
Highly recommend this for couples or close friends and they have an events space which would suit an engagement party or small wedding.
Drive there only real option.

Peaceful, relaxing, and exquisite dining experience in the Hunter Valley. Food was excellent, the main portions were generous and meat perfectly cooked. Dessert was a heavenly experience, the pannacotta is the best I've ever had.

Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and tried very hard to make sure everything was perfect. Dog friendly courtyard dining area overlooking the valley and vineyards. If you're coming to the Hunter, you must definitely dine at this place.

I have visited multiple times for different occasions. Each time, the service and food is impeccable. The location is amazing and I can highly recommend for any occasion... romantic, long lunch or even a work function. Perfect for any occasion!

Great place!! Service was perfect, the food was really good authentic French cuisine, the lamb brains is a must try!, reminded me of my mum’s one when i was a kid. The duck was great, the fish cooked to perfection, the portion are very generous, definitely worth the price, will go back there next time we are in the Hunter :)

Beautiful spot for lunch overlooking the vines. The food was excellent with ingredients sourced locally and servings were generous - we didn’t make it to dessert. We ordered two of their specials on the day, mussels and goat shank, which were both outstanding.

Met expectations at this price point ($100 for two courses + drinks additional). It was a lengthier dining experience as we spent about 2 hours here, but it’s a nice environment for it.
