Visited the Williamtown Newcastle airport mcdonalds. Lots of holidays makers and normally any mcdonalds would be really messy and not clean but the team member Carol was super efficient - cleaning tables, rubbish bins changed out but for the first time ever I’ve seen it, the order touch screens were wiped down. Great job. A massive shout out to you. Well done. If you see her give her a shout out!! Legend.

Today I had the best service at any mcdonalds, We were greeted at the door and welcomed by a friendly staff member, amazing story you say, but true my friends.Not only that we were presented with fresh, beautifully presented food.
Well done Williamtown Maccas.

The food was awful the cheese on my cheeseburger was genuanly hard like it hadn't even been cooked at all and one of my chips had a sprout in it but the short philipino boy was very cute and the silly little ginger kid with the hair was very adorable

Typical McDonald's food but less busy so food is fresh, not prepared in a hurry. Clean location as well, nice outdoor seating. Plus they have a Playland inside and also a playground outside.

Lot's of parking and also has a drive thru.

I’ve had to travel from Anna Bay down to Newcastle over the last couple of weeks for family matters but calling into McDonald’s on the way through and grabbing a quick bite to eat or drink it’s been great I go through the drive-through and they get me through as quick as I can sometimes there’s a queue but a little bit of patience and you’re through and on your way but always found the staff there to be nice and helpful and as quick as I can so if you’re stuck in the queue the drive-through just sent to the poor person inside trying to get all them orders done they doing the best they can trying to help you thank you McDonald’s Williamtown from MWH.

Friendly staff, minimal waiting time, somehow the tastiest cheeseburger, quarter pounder and fries we’ve had at any Macca’s

This is the perfect halfway stop between Newcastle & Port Stephens. Also good for a quick hit before you jump on a plane at Newcastle Airport. Go the Golden Arches!!!

Kids loved the free card games here. Here got outdoor and indoor kids facilities too. Other aspects are of no lack compared to standard McDonald's.

Had a meal here today and had no issues, burger was fine, Chicken Ceasar wrap had a lot of flavour also. Love the location as on most days you can see the RAAF doing training flights which is always fun to see. Service was good restaurant was clean and tidy, men's rest room is very small though

Quick service, fresh chips and they really give you bang for your buck when you ask to add extra anything

Carol (the Hostess) made us feel very welcomed. She gave us pointers on what to see in the area as We're on vacation. We'll be coming back to this Maccas on our way back for dinner because of Carol. Wish every Maccas had a hostess!

Called into the drive thru on the way back from the airport to grab breakky and a coffee and someone went the extra mile. Put a big McSmile on the McDile.

What can I say other then exactly what I want and would expect from a McDonalds visit

Everything about the visit was good. My only complaint is being an 80 yr. old & not being au fait with ' apps ,' I am not getting good prices & value for items so am going less often.

Typical McDonald's restaurant. Located 2 minutes from Newcastle Airport, this makes a perfect pit stop after a flight. The drive thru is fairly quick and the food is well-made. However, the bathroom facilities are worse than the most neglected truck stop. Pretty ick.

The usual Macca's fare & atmosphere but today more special by the help & cheerfulness of the lady working the floor cleaning & general assistance, well done to her

Your baristas are unmatched, came through drive thru early one morning & got myself a coffee, wasn’t watching what I was doing and knocked it against my car and it spilled a bit.
The barista handing me my coffee was exceptionally patient and accommodating, offering me napkins.
I then left only to look down and see “have a beautiful day” written on my lid, this honestly made my day and made me a bit teary eyed, only wish I got her name so I could give her the kudos she deserves!

I think we all need to take some time to think about the fact the store is 24/7 right next to an airport. It employed over 200 staff members who majority are under the age of 18 and some being only 14. The complaints about cleanliness is fair enough how ever do everyone a favour and try to clean up after yourselves, out your own rubbish in the bin and if the bin is over filling DONT PUT MORE RUBBISH IN THAT BIN, try another bin and notify a staff member. Some customers that go in the restaurant of my own experience say some extremely rude and insulting things to young teenagers who are working minimum wage casually and have to deal with being spoken to that way. All the complaints about the toilets sometimes surprise me as all I can think is it’s literally us that get it to that state the customers make the mess there was recently a complaint about there being urine of the floor, who pees on the floor?, and toilets being clogged, sometimes I think how do you clog a toilet? Notify a staff member about soap being empty or toilet paper need filling not wrote a review without telling someone.

It is a 24 hour “Fast food” restaurant that gets thousands of orders a day, all the food needs to be prepared and ready for very order and made in certain time limits, they can’t perfect everything, the drivethru is their main priority and they get packed and people keep going in until it goes out onto the road, and cars are beeping and complaining hence the reason it is the priority, honestly the staff out up with so much so if your order is wrong there is no need to have a cry notify the manger and they will fix it up for you and even refund it, honestly could lie and get free food is how much there care about making the customer happy.
