Hertz Car Rental - Williamtown Airport

I rarely ever write reviews. Haven’t driven out the carpark yet and wanted to take the time to thank Shane for his customer service. I flew in late, knackered from the week. He was friendly, diligent and changed the whole mood. If everyone’s the same, they’re doing something right in the hiring department. Comfy, clean car. So far so good.

We had a great experience with hertz at Newcastle airport. We had booked a mystery car and we’re very happy with our vehicle. After a bit of chatting to the staff, we were upgraded again. We ended up with a new hybrid Camry with only 8000km on it. It was lovely to drive. It was easy to collect and return the car - we will use hertz again and will be taking chances again with mystery vehicles !!

We were so lucky to have Rob looking after us after we landed in torrential rain on a seriously delayed flight with a 6 month old. Rob went above and beyond to get us sorted and gave us an upgrade to a much bigger 4WD to keep our family safe in the rain. He was an absolute legend. I don’t often write reviews, but his customer service and efforts definitely needed to be recognised. Thank you!

Hier hat alles Reibungslos geklappt. Die Frau an der Rezeption war super freundlich und und hat uns sehr gut bedient. Mit unserem Auto waren wir ebenfalls sehr zufrieden.
