Wallabi Point Coastal Cafe

Came here for lunch on a mild sunny day on the way down to Sydney from Port Macquarie. We were going to buy takeaway for the beach, but decided to eat here as there was a lovely ocean view table outside next to a fragrant blooming frangipani.

Excellent, friendly, efficient and thoughtful service — such as offering us an extra plate to share the food.

The pumpkin salad with added chicken was a definite winner with juicy chicken, copious feta, fresh rocket, perfectly roasted pumpkin and balanced balsamic dressing; as was the very tender calamari and generous Hawaiian burger. Overall the food was tasty, healthy and fresh.

We are very much looking forward to returning regularly when one of us moves up the coast later in the year.

Just keep wanting to go back. Food & service cannot fault. Had my 70th there 25 guest and everyone enjoyed it. Nice sea breeze and nice relaxing atmosphere. Having cousin get together Friday cannot wait. Thankyou! A hidden gem.

What amazing place! I had the bacon and egg burger and it was delicious so was the coffee and I am very fussy about my coffee nice and hot with plenty of flavour. Nice open aspect looking towards the ocean.

A cute little restaurant in the middle of nowhere. They make a mean cup of coffee that has actual coffee taste and a great aftertaste. A rare combination these days. The lady at the till had a winning smile. They even had turmeric latte which was a surprise. It's set in a nice peace full setting with little birds flying around.

They were very accommodating to my coeliac requirements. The gluten free hot chocolate and breakfast were delicious.

Great place for a coffee and breakfast after going for a surf. The staff is friendly and what amazes me is how quick the food gets to your table.

The menu caters for a variety of tastes, from the humble burger, fish & chips, to delicious top restaurant quality meals.

Always a pleasure to eat at this Cafe, whether it is breakfast or lunch, it has never let me down.

Coffee is awesome as well if you are on the run.

Good hot food

We ordered the Wallabi works and riptide burger, chips and caramel lattes and the whole lot was delicious. Plenty of outdoor seating and lots of grass to bring picnic blankets. Kids play area and a toilet accessed by a bit of a walk around the back of the building, so a bit tricky for access. The staff were welcoming, the food was fresh, hot and tasty. The servings are pretty big and delivered to our table pretty fast too. The coffees were also excellent! Short walk to the beach and the cafe also regularly hosts out of town food trucks - keep up to date via their socials for special events. We went around last weekend for souvlaki which was also delicious!

Coeliac friendly! Got a really yummy grilled chicken sandwich. So thankful to have this cafe around as often it’s really frustrating to eat out as a coeliac on the midnorth coast :)

Absolutely delicious food! Try the Breakky Burger or the Avo on sourdough yummo!! Very clean & tidy cafe with wonderfully friendly staff. Very relaxing atmosphere. We will definately be back.
