I can’t say thank you enough to James, Alex, Gina and the whole team of James Opperman’s office.

From the first interaction of booking and meeting James, I knew I wanted James to be my obstetrician for my second child. He is kind, caring, professional and knowledgeable. Through my prenatal appointments he made me comfortable to be able to discuss everything I had on my mind from my previous experience and to ensure that we could create a better birth and postnatal plan for myself.

I love the holistic approach that James has created with seeing a midwife at every appointment prior to seeing him. Giving me comfort every step of the way.

I am writing this one week postpartum and I was able to see Gina the breast consultant and she has helped me so much with the current breastfeeding issues I am experiencing with my second.

I don’t think we could have had a better experience than we did with Dr Opperman. After a disappointing experience with the care and delivery of our first, we were recommended Dr Opperman by a friend.
He was incredible caring and professional every step of the way. He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions with confidence. He was honest and transparent throughout our journey. He and his team of midwives took meticulous care of me and my baby and he carefully balanced risks to deliver us our baby safely, and in a way we could have only dreamed of. Forever grateful for him being our obstetrician.

As this was my very first pregnancy everything was quiet unknown to me but that did not mean I was ever in the dark. Dr James helped guide and support me through my entire pregnancy, answering many of our questions, guiding us through the emergency caesarean and reassuring us that everything was ok.

I cannot explain how I felt going in for the caesarean. I actually had such a big smile on my face. James made me feel so at peace with this decision and I knew that myself and my baby girl were in the best of hands.

I cannot speak more highly of Dr Opperman and his staff. I recently gave birth to my niece as a surrogate so our journey to her birth was a little different from most. Ang and I would to thank Doctor Opperman for his knowledge and care throughout the pregnancy. He is very experienced and passionate about guiding mothers on their journey and ensuring the safe delivery of their baby. We would also like to thank Gina not only for her midwifery skills but for sharing her knowledge on lactation. She has been an incredible help with establishing successful breast feeding. We could not recommend her classes enough.

you go to this guy. Was referred to us by a friend and would refer to anyone.

From day one his professionalism, care, enthusiasm, passion is second to none, despite having late nights from delivering other babies the night before, super busy schedule and always being on the clock.

He saved my baby and wife by detecting gestational diabetes early and picked the best course of action, lowered the risk and on the ball timing of when to deliver our baby, even though there was still a chance of my wife having a caesarian(which didn't end up happening).

An even better human being, so nice, caring he made us feel at ease. Also honest, transparent and tells it how it is.His team of admin staff and midwives are also impeccable including Alex, Gina, Kathy & others..Will definitely go back to him without a thought for our 2nd baby.

Simply a world class expert!

James Opperman gave my hubby and I the three best days of our lives when he delivered our three babies. His obstetric care was excellent. He is warm, compassionate, consultative at every step, professional, very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my many, many questions and was happy to do so. After some issues out of my wifes control, James truly went above and beyond to save our child at the early stages of my wifes pregnancy, especially during the pandemic.

Even after an external ultrasound appointment whereby an ultrasound Dr commented that it's too late, James made it possible and we were blessed with a perfectly healthy child.

Throughout our very stressful journey during and post pregnancy, James was always comforting. While admitted to hospital, James would regularly visit my wife in person to check up and contact the both of us over the phone to check up on our wellbeing.

Supported by a wonderful team, James is not only a professional with reputable knowledge and expertise, James is a true gentlemen and we were not only blessed with a beautiful child, but a true professional that made it possible.

We had exceptional obstetric care with James and his team. From the very first phonecall, it was evident the approach was genuine. Throughout the entire pregnancy and delivery we felt heard and any concerns were allayed respectfully and with thorough medical expertise; James always acting promptly to investigate any issues. My Dr was away so i had Dr Opperman for 2 weeks and he was great. He was so kind and caring and took the time to see me continously . My baby flipped to breach and i thought i would have to have a csection , but thanks to him i was able to have a natural birth :) . Thank you
