Love this shop. Its my go to place as the service is consistently friendly, the owner is passionate and knowledgeable about the products he stocks and its close to home. Will always recommend this place to mates. Will definitely be back soon!!!

Such a great and knowledge place to shop at! Tomomi was so helpful today with me, she took the time to explain different supplements to best cater to my needs and I ended up with a great gym haul! I’ll definitely be back and it’s a must go to visit over other sup stores either online or instore across both Newtown and also Sydney wide!

New favourite supplement shop, they have products I can’t find anywhere else in New Zealand super fast shipping and awesome staff give you tips on how they would recommend you take the products and even sent me samples of products I might like based off what I’ve purchased (and he was not wrong I will be purchasing the full size next) I could not recommend them enough 10/10

Always a pleasure dropping into the cave and having a conversation with Lloyd about supplements and nootropics. The cave has a wide range of everything you could need to boost your performance weather you are a gym gower, mixed martial artists or just in need of something to boost mental performance behind the desk at work! 5 stars to "the cave nutrition"

Fantastic service and product selection to support your every fitness and health needs. Knowledgeable and response times are exceptional.

Great place to get help with nutrition and all of your protein, pre or post workout supplements and especially nootropics and brain food. Get some emulsified MCT oil for slow release of caffeine, L-Tyrosine and L-Tryptophan for a natural boost to dopamine and seretonin, L-Thianine to calm anxiety and Lions mane mushroom for brain health. Good prices, staff are friendly but not overbearing whether you are just getting started or are a dedicated gym rat.
