Beau Tea Kingsford

Excellent range of milk teas, unique fruit smoothies and iced drinks. This place uses fresh ingredients and not a lot of sugar so you can really taste the tea. The cheese foam is also an extremely delicious addition along with brown sugar pearls. The cups they use are great with an interesting heart to plug up the unused openings. PS. Mango smoothie with cheese foam is my favorite

My favourite tea place! Number 19 is so fresh and tasty! After I finished I kept topping more ice water in the cup and the taste lasted for a long time. The young boy who served us is very friendly and helpful. I recommend!

This shop is awesome. It has a calm and friendly environment. Tea is fantastic! You can also buy tea from here. I highly recommend this shop.

Good service and nice drinks

On the higher end of bubble tea stores but the interior is really pleasant to be in, the staff are friendly and the tea is good.

Very delicious. They sell the egg tar and cheese cake.

Amazing teas and such a beautiful place!

Excellent tea, just slightly overpriced.

They have very good tea, fresh and tasty. That's why I always go there whenever I back kingsford.

But today I experienced something negative of the customer service. There was someone seems like a senior staff or manager working today. When I asked to adjusted the sugar/ice/tea level in a friendly way (which they always able to do that), the lady looks very unhappy about that. And she answered in a ton that not very friendly. "we usually don't do it, I am not if you ordered from our store before"

I was like🤦‍♀

And other than that, I have witnessed that her was being kinda rude to a new (not sure but seem like that) staff. For example, the new lady asked if she put the fruits/tea with the right amount, the senior lady answered "Yes only xxml, give to customer above that amount you can just go home now"

Besides it was not that proper to say that in front of customers, I also think she should treat customers/colleagues in a more patient way.

To be really honest, I'm a very loyal customer in the tea shop, but today's experience make me very uncomfortable. Hope it would be improved in the future soon.

Overpriced. They increased their price and you can pay $10 for a large drink. I might as well get a boxed meal for lunch with this price. After all it's just bubble tea.
