Just had Saied from Masters here and he has done a great job. Very thorough and told me what was doing and the results I should expect. And they back it up with a 6 month guarantee. I had previously use another provider (3 months ago) that I know now did half the job.

I would highly recommend the Masters team to anyone looking pest control services.

I booked Masters for an annual inspection of our property. Web inquiry was returned within 1 day, and they were flexible and easy to book an appointment. Prior to the appointment they confirmed the window via text messages and arrived perfectly on time.
The technician explained all steps of the inspection upon arrival and sent us our report the same day. Will definitely use again for future inspections and/or remediations if required!

I had a very big cockroach problem and called masters not expecting quick results and possibly minimal results. They were easy to book and flexible with availability. So far, cockroaches have almost gone but I was aware wouldn't be instant but am extremely pleased with the results so far as had a huge infestation.. Definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

Great service and very fast, the cockroaches were eliminated as soon as the product was applied in my house and Eric was very nice, answered all my questions, was super pontual and clear about what to expect next. No doubt I will use their services again if needed.

I've used Masters multiple times over the last 5 years across a couple of different properties. They're a terrific company - efficient in communication and professional technicians.

Very happy with Troy from Masters Pest Control. We arranged a termite inspection, rodent and pest treatment with Masters. I was able to book a visit within a week and Troy was prompt and gave me a 30 minute update of his arrival time. He had no hesitation in crawling around our under floor space to check for termite entry and happily reported that there’s no indication of activity. He then went through the house and the roof cavity to check. Afterwards he sprayed the roof cavity, inside the home and around the outside for bugs and pests. It was a very comprehensive check and treatment. Troy was very courteous and explained what he was doing before and while he conducted his treatment. I was also happy with the price as it compares favourably with other operators. I highly recommend Masters Pest Control.

Adam came today. He told me he just started with the company. He did a great job. Very pleasant to talk to. He is also very knowledgeable about his work. Very neat, tidy and respectful to my household. Quality of work is excellent.
He finished the job in a timely fashion and also thoroughly.
This is the 6th year I used this company, I think. I am planning to continue to use them. I hope to see Adam during his next visit for my pest control and wish him every success with this company.
