LOVE the simplicity and the stress less of it all. The online booking down to the collection to returning right on site. Staff and are friendly and lovely. Bet, I'll be booking again every time I visit Newcastle. I have tonadd we got a free upgrade to a fancy car that was an amazing drive.

Great service. We received a free car upgrade to a hybrid Toyota. It was excellent on fuel, it was comfortable and easy to drive. Only one flaw was the GPS. There is none. You have to download an app to use maps.

Thanks to Jodie who helped me pick up the car from the Newcastle airport yesterday. I was unaware of the operating hours there and she stayed a bit later than she was supposed to in order to sort out the car for me.
I appreciate that and no wonder they got a high rating here.

Brilliant service and super courteous. Car was top notch and it was the easiest part of my travel planning.

The staff were lovely and extremely understanding of my urgent need to extend the rental due to my flight being cancelled. The price was around the middle of the road, being neither the most expensive nor the cheapest, but I'm very satisfied that I got what I paid for in good service and a quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend.

My name is Joel, i don't normally write reviews or give feed back because i think good old fashion customer service has gone out the window.

On the 29th Sept 2016 i called and hired a car, but when i got there the car wasn't ready. The young lady that serviced me named Cathy was very apologetic and then went out of her way to ensure that i was comfortable.. Gave me a bottle of water and once again ensured that i was at all times not inconvenience.

I changed my mind the last minute and upgraded the vehicle i wanted to hire and it wasn't even a drama even after the car i had originally hired was cleaned and ready to go.

i know this review doesn't really show the effort Cathy and Jodie went through to keep me comfortable and the little things they did but i can re assure that the service i got was a 5/5.

One of the most efficient experiences I have had at a car rental company. Booked my car online a few weeks before arriving in Newcastle, arrived at airport, car was waiting, no questions asked and away I went. Same for dropping off the car, a very trouble free process.

My tip for anyone would be to take the time to sign up to Europcar's privilege scheme. Definitely takes the hassle out of renting a car from them!

Wonderful customer service. Did not have the car I booked so upgraded me free of charge. Was wonderful and car in pristine condition.

Having flown in early, my partner and I were met by Paige and Amanda who were pleasant and helpful.

Upon trying to get the Mitsubishi ASX we had pre-booked we were notified it had gone in for a service.

Without hesitation, Paige offered us an upgrade to the BMW 330i with M sports pack.

In short, Europcar made our day much better with her solution orientated problem solving skills. And Amanda was just all kinds of friendly giving us advice on how to start and operate this very advanced vehicle!

Would book with Europcar Newcastle Airport again.
