They certainly can make a cocktail 🍸 based on whatever you ask! My brief be like: lychee but not fruity... Sounds like you are telling a graphic designer I wanna a colourful black.
But the drink brought to us was amazing! Summery, refreshing, some texture! I was very impressed.

It started as a quiet evening. I sat up front with Kai and Kirsten. We talked we laughed we joked and had a wonderful time.

As described by the advertisement, their cocktails are truely unique. House made liquors of every variety are the highlight of the menu.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants an evening that feels a little bit different and unexpected.

I walked in and we were immediately greeted with smiles and hospitality. Atmosphere was amazing all staff so lovely and accommodating with seating, drinks, location of bathroom. Best drinks on the strip, loved!

A very cosy cocktail bar with ambient music. They have live music here every Saturday night and it is usually jazzy. Totally recommend!

A fabulous bar in darlinghurst where you get to choose exactly what cocktail you want! What flavour, alcohol….anything! Loved this idea. Also a very intimate space and sometimes they have live music which really brings out the romantic atmosphere.

Quirky bar with great style and even better service, pretty much has a blank menu so you ask for any cocktail or give inspiration and they will make what you like.

Cozy interior with friendly service minded staff. Best thing was to sit on the balcony! Bottle of wine for around 60 AUD and great cocktails🙌🏼

An awesome spot to indulge in a mix of house made liquors or a great selection of international whiskies. Super friendly team and a great bunch of guests. If you feel lonely and need company sit on the bar and have a cool conversation with one of the guys or galls there.

Very small place, but cozy. i love their concept you just tell them what flavour you're craving and they will make a drink for you based on that. Its a fun place to go on a date at ,very recommended if you want to experience something mysterious and exciting on a date night out

Talking to the bartender/owners, I could really sense the passion and craftsmanship going into every cocktail and concoction they made. We got to sample their craft gin tonic with lychee and lemongrass, their saffron pistachio milk punch and barrel aged umeshu. Already one of my favourite bars.

Exciting new bar that's thrown out the cocktail book. Flynn is a highly perceptive bartender who will nail it with the drinks all night. His array of home made liqueurs is sensational.

Rarely do you get a bespoke cocktail bar that makes you fall in love again with each and every sip. Flynn and the team are Sydney’s best at creating the most welcoming and individualised experiences for drinkers of all categories. Pop in for a drink, stay for the hospitality. Bottoms up!

This place is fantastic. Cool vibes, great for a date or catching up with friends. Appreciate the cocktail specials. The apple pie old fashioned was delicious.

Really creative idea for a bar. Came here with my partner and we had a lot of fun ordering customised drinks based off of a few key words. They make their own liqueurs in-house and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care is put into every drink served here. It’s a great deal for $22 a cocktail.

It’s also a fun, cosy atmosphere with lots of dimly lit corners. Feels like it could be both romantic and/or convivial depending on who you come here with. Hoping we can return again when the live jazz is playing!

Like an island of old school, pretention-free, speak-easy good times in a sea of East Sydney gentrification that forgets so many important ingredients to bars like... say... personable staff that come across like they actually want to be there, authentic style that feels like a product of genuine creative connection to ideas (as opposed to just ordered to replicate whatever new Sydney bar trend is in at the moment), and a diverse mix of punters that feel decidedly local but open to whoever you are and wherever you're from, Long Goodbye is a Darlo treasure. Throw in some eclectic live jam sessions on weekends, and a not-on-the-menu adventure into cocktails made to respond to whatever you feel like, and really, there isn't another bar like it in Sydney. We bloody adore the place! May it never say goodbye!

Wandered into this place after dinner at bar Reggio around the corner. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!! From the aesthetic of the bar itself which is saloon meets speak-ezy to the delicious cocktails (I had a negroni). If your looking for a place with great vibes, this is it.

Pretty cool place I have to say! No menu just tell the bartender how you’re feeling and they’ll make you a custom cocktail. All flat price of $22 each so it’s an easy system. They’re also pretty good about replacing a drink if you end up hating it. Overall it was a really fun night cause it added an extra element of fun for our group of friends, especially when we started to come up with more and more ridiculous drink requests!

Being able to give the bartenders any flavour combination or drink style and getting something amazing back is stunning. Awesome vibe and decor too
