Good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. I never used to push through the fish markets to get to the end of the building, and now know this gem exists.

Great food friendly staff ! Super fresh lobster we had for $240 ! So satisfying and too big for 2 pax … taste good and the price is compatible ! Recommend to come over! At store 6 Nicholas. The only cons is too many people and making traffic if you are late , you will need to keep seeking for table.

Oysters were big and fresh they open and clean infront of you. We also ordered takoyaki it was so good we forgot to take photo. The service is amazing too.

❗ Tourist secret: get your sashimi here! Go to the left and order salmon or tuna and just ask them to slice it for you. It's a great way to get a good price on ready-to-eat sashimi.

🍽 Nicholas's has their own tables for food you buy with them, so that's handy in busy times when general seating gets competitive.

🦪 Someone is always shucking oysters out the front. They're delish, but their practice is to drain the liquid. If you want a real oyster experience, buy them whole and shuck them at home for the 'liquour'. You can buy an oyster knife at the kitchen shop out the back of the fish markets.

🚻 Follow signs for the fish markets toilet (they're not amazing)

🚘 Parking out the back, it can get crowded and pricey.

🚈 Easily accessible by light rail, the Wentworth Park light rail is equidistant compared to the Fish Market stop, and a nicer walk.

My family and I have had lobsters here so many times and it’s always great. We always get live lobsters and ask them to cook with garlic butter. Our go to place in the Sydney fish market.

Absolutely loved the seafood I ordered. It was delivered well packaged. The cooked seafood only needed to be reheated on the stove and the raw seafood was deliciously fresh. Nicholas went out of their way to send their staff to deliver my order from the city to my home which is 30km away.
When I received the order, the food was still hot and the cold fish was packed in ice.
I appreciate their excellent service.

Cold food and hot food are good

Had a platter delivered. It arrived in a cooler bag with ice blocks. Seafood so fresh it didn’t have any sea smell. They also provided abundance of lemon wedges, wet towel, soy sauce, wasabi (not pictured)! Very pleased, am certainly ordering again!

I placed an order online on Saturday and delivered to my home the following day. Very fresh seafood and efficient delivery.

I ordered the indulge seafood platter for my mums birthday yesterday. Great value for money and the only store in the fish markets which allows you to substitute items- big plus for me!. Mum was totally overwhelmed- presentation, value for money and freshness were outstanding! My only feedback is delivery outside of 30km (my mum lives in Sydney Metro, just an extra 10km out) was a whopping $50! I think improvement could be made to the delivery fee. Otherwise, would happily order again and again 🙂

Started offering from Nicholas online since the lockdown, min order for free deliver to my suburb is only $50. The seafood is always fresh and delivered on time. My go to place for my seafood cravings!

It’s the details that makes me a happy customer!
Ordered some lobsters and prawns, did the same with other sellers before. But they offered me a free portable icy bag to keep the goods fresh! I have never had this with others at fish market. Next service of them all.
