The store name is actually "Pen-ultimate" for some reason. I visited here for a BD gift for my twenty-something friend. The lady behind the counter was friendly and professional. She helped me decide on the design and brand in no time. Definitely, I will revisit this store if I need to buy a pen in Sydney.

Barbara and her team's service was excellent. As a nib size for a fountain pen was out of stock, they helped source the requested size and the delivery of the items were expeditious. Communication was excellent and herein lies the important aspect of online shopping. Thank you Pens de Luxe for the excellent care and service.

KJ is the best! I currently ordered two Montblanc pens in there and KJ helped me with the nib change service. It's super fast to get my pen back from Germany with the new nib. Thanks man! Nice experience there!
