Red Rooster Newcastle Airport

Three young fellas running the shop and did an amazing job, best wrap we’ve had in sooo long. Changed it up to our requests without issue.

But the two staff were very friendly and efficient.

Great restaurant

Extremely busy afternoon at red rooster but the young girl, Mon was her name was just so amazing and calm. Smile on her face and explained the wait times and apologised. The rest of the team did an amazing job to get the food out as fast as they could considering how busy they were. They deserve a pay raise!

Food was good but expensive and small

Surprised to see Red Rooster open - normaly I arrrive as they have just closed to leave with 2 departure flights still to leave before airport closes for night. So I ordered the BBQ box and upgraded the drink and then the chips - Red Rooster chips you know are very good. Transaction complete and waited not tolong - didn't open and check meal because it is up on the monitor displayed for counter and kitch staff to see. Even from the public side of the counter print was big enough for me to read with my thick glasses.
Sat down over in the viewing window at the airport in Newcastle and enjoyed the BBQ burger and the chicken drum stick - very nice. opened the box to retrieve the large chips and potato and gravy! Wait wait small chips oh was disappointed on my face. Nice anyway.
