The Lip Lab Sydney

Had a wonderful time with our hens group hosted by Courtney. The venue was lovely and we had the space to ourselves. Everyone enjoyed the experience and couldn’t be happier with our gorgeous end products!

Booked for a girls night! The atmosphere was fun and exciting. The owner was clear and professional with her directions each step of the way and helped us all make a lipgloss of our own from a large selection of beautiful colours and pigments. Would highly recommend for an afternoon with friends, a birthday or even a hens night activity!

I took my best friend here for a celebration of her birthday, and Courtney accommodated for us so well. She was friendly and welcoming, and thoroughly informed us every step of the way to make sure we were happy with our products.

This is a great place to go if you’re looking for a fun activity and also to find the best shade of lipstick/lipgloss that works for you. I highly recommend coming here with friends or family! Thank you Courtney for a great experience ☺

Went on Thursday night with a friend for her birthday! It was a amazing experience overall. Friendly and helpful staff, had too much laughs and left with a whole custom lipstick!

I got gifted a lipstick and lipgloss making experience for my birthday here. The team went above and beyond to make sure I would have a great time even before I walked into the store. Josh was amazing!! So so personable and knowledgeable. I love my shade and the texture of the products are fabulous. We also got a free gift. Thank you thank you!

Second time coming here! The staff are so great and patient when helping me decide the right colour! Love the fact that they give me the little pot with left over lipstick too!

I took my sister to the lip lab today for her birthday and it was a great experience. Really fun to create your custom lipstick, lip gloss and concealer. Would highly recommend as a present idea. Also fantastic customer service

Fantastic results! I took my favourite MAC lipstick in to get replicated and it turned out perfect. The lipstick has been discontinued by Mac so I was very grateful that Cass could reproduce it to perfection. THANK YOU X

Cass has taken over a business that has dealt with some bad media coverage from past owners, and is doing a great job!l at giving this great concept a new life. She not only honoured an expired voucher of mine that she receives no money from, but is such a knowledgeable and friendly girl. She also explained the process well and was so quick to respond to emails about my booking. I wish you all the success in the world, and I love my new foundation! Thankyou again, Cass! X

I made a visit to Lip Lab with my friend at the end of January. We discovered this gem through social media and I gotta say—the experience we had did not disappoint! The customer service was amazing and Amy (hope I’m not mistaken) helped us from start to end with so much patience. She helped us create the colour that we wanted and advised us on what actually fitted our skin tones. There was no pressure at all and she even gave us some freebies. Our visit was just so lovely. Thanks to Amy and Lip Lab!

I’ve been to the LipLab a few times now and each time has been amazing. They’re lovely and understanding when I’m indecisive but always guide me towards a lovely colour and I’ve been using all the lipsticks I’ve made from them regularly. You can choose everything from the finish, to the exact shade and any additions like scent or moisturizers/SPF. Would be a great activity for friends or gift for your mum too!

Christelle and Elena are two of the most professional employees I’ve ever had the chance to meet. The lipstick they’ve made us is incredible, I can’t wait to wear it everywhere- I’m probably gonna have to come back so fast because I’ll run out!

I had my first gloss made in 2017 and no gloss has compared since! I'm converted! I had another gloss made in 2019 and came back this weekend to get a few items made. Kerry at Paddington was great and made it a fun experience. She was skilled and patient ensuring an accurate colour/texture match. I'm so happy with my Lip Lab custom products and had the best time making them! The cost is reasonable and similar (or cheaper) to prices for standard non custom lip glosses in Myer or Sephora. I've told many friends to try it!
