Today I was served by a lovely young lady Gabriella. She was so very kind and patient with my lack of knowledge regarding skin care. She had a great detailed understanding of the products and how to use them and showed me and explained things very well. I was extremely impressed by her service. Received excellent service from Cindy on Saturday afternoon. She was helpful and provided assistance. Very friendly, and told me about the body shop membership where I can receive a voucher for my birthday as one of the benefits. I would shop here again.

I visited the store yesterday and it was incredibly busy. Shout out to the Customer Service person, Jenny, who went out of her way to help me with my purchase. She was kind, patient and really informative. Best customer service I've had in ages!

I walked past on Valentine's Day and looked at the displays when Ally came up and introduced new items to me. Super friendly, super helpful; she helped me get a skin test as well as giving me samples of products that were recommended for my skin type. Ended up leaving with a new product and very satisfied with the customer service Ally showed. Will come back again!

Wonderful customer service from Michael today. I didn't plan to buy anything, just browsing for lunch break. He was so helpful, friendly and sweet. He win a customer for The Body Shop again because I had other choices in Aus.

Helpful staff who come and ask you if would like some help with their products. The Body Shop also has a wonderful selection of bath and body items perfect for all ages. Certainly is one of my go-to places for body creams & mists. Also great that they support ethical testing which does not include testing on animals.

I received superior customer service from Rachael and the rest of the team. They were professional and friendly. I was offered a well needed make up demonstration which was articulately presented and all products used were explained clearly. Today I was helped by a lovely girl around the same age as me called Gabriella, who has such bubbly energy when she served me. Nowadays when you walk into a shop this aspect is really missing, but she went above and beyond.
