Prof Gabrielle Casper

Dr Casper is an expert in her field. She is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough both with her the information but getting to the roots of your medical issue. She is very friendly, professional and delivers the medical information in an easy to understand way. She will see your issue through to the end and not offer you a quick fix, rather an end to any ongoing issue that will give you back your health and quality of life. For me it has been life changing and I feel very fortunate to be her patient. Her She is a medical guardian angel that you are lucky to have treat you.

I went to see Gabrielle Casper for a relatively routine check up which required a quick easy hospital day surgery visit. Dr Casper was professional, reassuring, kind, down to earth and thorough. I cannot fault her on anything.

Her practice manager Margie was also very kind and helpful.

Professor Casper is an exceptional doctor. She is both an expert in her field and also an incredibly warm, down to earth and compassionate person who knows how to put a patient at ease - I know I feel very safe in her care, and inexplicably always end up coming out of my appointments laughing! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I have found Dr Casper to be the nicest, most competent doctor I have ever consulted. I can't speak more highly of her. Her staff have always been very helpful to me; even if that were not the case, I wouldn't let the experience at the receptionist's desk cause me to seek advice and assistance elsewhere, ever.
Let's not confuse things. Either your health and a good outcome are the most important things to you, or a wonderful relationship is your priority. I know what I value, and what motivates ME to seek out a particular doctor.

Gabrielle Casper changed my health, and in turn my life. She was the ONLY doctor who listened, who took my issues seriously and investigated thoroughly. She provided incredible care and gave me back my health and confidence.

I am only writing this review because, in looking up her details for a visit more than a decade later, I noticed several bad reviews related entirely to a receptionist. To those people, I would say get over the useless receptionist and persevere. You won't find a better, more compassionate doctor.

I cannot praise the work of Prof. Casper enough. She is very caring, kind, professional and understanding. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I had a very smooth laparoscopy and hysterascopy surgery with her. I recovered very quickly and I haven’t had any issues after surgery Also The nurses(receptionists)are very helpful and kind. Gay Casper is without a doubt a wonderful surgeon, doctor and human. I had surgery with her around 13 years ago. I also worked as a registered nurse with both her patients and other surgeons patients on the ward. Out of all the surgeons I could have seen I chose her. We moved interstate a few years after surgery, and my biggest regrets is not being able to see her for my lady bits. At the time the reception ladies were lovely. And I'm convinced that Gay would have sorted the issue out as soon as she was made aware of the rudeness some people have encountered. Gay took a lot of time and trouble over my op and I would hate anyone to miss out on seeing her. I cannot praise the work of Professor Gabrielle Casper enough. Im a 54 year old woman and have seen many specialists over the years but never have I been more delighted than with the passion and professionalism of this wonderful lady. Her approach is 100% consultative, ensuring she has fully informed you of all options in terms of your health and your future, allowing you to make a decision based on fact rather than emotion. She is respectful, has a lovely sense of humour and is gracious. You will be knocked out by her compassion and lack of ego. I would put myself in Gabrielle's hands again any day. And her receptionist is nothing but lovely.

Receptionist was very rude on the phone and not helpful at all.

I called Dr Caspers rooms as I was referred a consult because I was unsure of what gyn issue I had. The receptionist was so rude, assuming and unhelpful that I was left in tears and denied a consult because I couldn't confirm with the receptionist my gyn issue (which is why I needed to go to a specialist in the first place?!) such an awful lady that shouldn't be working in healthcare. I was upbeat and trying to be friendly so I am astounded that she was so rude
