I took a dress I bought , that I really loved, for a really tricky alteration.
As I am a sewer I knew it would not be an easy job .

Had two jeans that needed a hem and a dress that needed patching.

Jeans looked great, no complaints at all!
She said it'll take about a week, which it did, so no complaints here too.

Very disappointed with the way the dress came out, and more so with the response I've received when mentioned i was not accepting it to look like that. I dont saw, how am i ment to know that patching looks like that?
She just walked away and mumbled to herself that she is never taking patching jobs again. I work in customer service my whole life and i know that is no way to treat an unhappy customer.

It even seems like she has done some extra work on it which i really appreciate.
Overall - very happy with the jeans, but the dress is going straight in the bin.

Response to the owner-
You have in fact said that the patches are not going to hold for long, but no word on the way it was going to look.
If you dont want to do patches, just dont accept the job, dont act like you are doing me a favour by taking a job you dont want to do, just refuse on doing it, i wouldn't had lose any recpect for you for doing so.

And i was happy. Very happy with the jeans.

I was not happy with the way you disrespectfuly rolled your eyes at me and walked away, rather taking a minute and resolving the situation.
