Chillingham Post Office, Numinbah Rd

I just loved this old store which will 100 years old next year. The staff are fantastic, lovely, helpful great service. The food is so yum, the cook is great, and considering she was the only cook, the food came out fast and hot. There is the store, post office, Bar, some cool bikes on display. Sit in eating or take aways. Lots of place's here and there to sit and enjoy the outdoors. They have a friendly dog you can pat. The bathroom is so clean. Infact the whole place is clean inside and out. Its a great place to head if you want a bit of a drive in the country. There is parking across the road.

Great people, superb coffee and the best toasted sandwich that I have ever had. Add the ambience of the peaceful garden setting and this place is a keeper. Without a doubt we will be back here again, next time we come through. My partner said she would eat here every day, if we lived closer.

Great little spot for a cuppa or a beer on the way through to NSW/QLD.
Super friendly and the Shop/PO/Bottle Shop has just about everything you could need.
