What a top spot for a cold beverage and a meal. The extended garden / live music / entertainment area gives a perfect spot for a destination with old school small community feel. Not to mention enough room for a gathering to celebrate just about anything. “Thanks we loved it always!”

A delicious breakfast stop on our way through the area. Shame we didn't go later in day for the entertainment.

Lauren is amazing. Love her little shop that has everything from ice cream, frozen meals, alcohol and everything you can think of. I wanted nail clippers but that was one thing she didn’t stick, however she offer hers to borrow. 😂 I loved this little village with people like Lauren.

Dropped in for a quick lunch. The outdoor area is very impressive, unfortunately it was raining when we arrived however there is also an undercover area where some locals were happy to have a good chat.

The general store offers multiple services including post, food, bottle shop and banking services, which is what you would expect for a small town.

Very friendly staff. Would recommend if you are in the area.

Great friendly staff, good lunch time menu, very reasonable prices for genius size meals, my cheese burger was delicious and good verity of alcohol drinks too. Good friendly atmosphere with customer and staff, worth the stop on our ride.

Passed through with our bike group just before 2:00 on Saturday & the young fella in the kitchen stayed back to cook lunch for 9 of us! WHAT A CHAMPION 😃👍 The other staff were wonderful & friendly too. Definitely recommend stopping there, as I have before this time & will continue to when passing through. Thanks guys 😊

Best food and coffee by far of just about any food stop I've been to. Food is as fresh as it gets, staff are great, service is quick and prices are reasonable. All in all a fantastic spot to chill out and have a bite to eat

When on the roads of the Hinterland from the Gold Coast into New South Wales, I tend to stop here and chat with the locals who come to this store: Unique and 100 yrs old! Pretty rare in Australia and really old! I love the coffee and the store and above the iconic new garden. Check out the Markets here before you go there. Either coming from the North passing Natural Bridge or from the East in NSW. Motorcycling best here having a stop. And if enough time I drive on got the Tweed Gallery, not too far from here.

Very friendly little place. Great little place to meet, have a drink or milk shake, something to eat and continue your journey. Country style and so close to the Gold Coast. Great spot.
