Recently, I reached out to the company again, not as a client but merely seeking information about the specifications of the sliding doors and other products used in my project. To my pleasant surprise, the administrative team responded with the same level of enthusiasm and helpfulness as if I were still a paying client. Their willingness to assist, despite no longer being under contract, is a testament to their extraordinary customer service and dedication.

I have worked with Izzat on a number of projects and have found their work to be excellent. I have also used them personally to review structural issues with my property and their advice was clear and easy to understand.

Izzat is currently managing a major multimillion dollar remedial works project on a large strata scheme. As a lot owner in this building I can confirm they have been unresponsive to queries placed by phone or email, via strata or directly with them. They were more responsive at the beginning, when payments were pending. I would not recommend them.
