I really enjoyed my meal at Jim's Malaysia. Food was well prepared and tasted great. Good friendly service and not a long wait. I would come back to try other food on the menu.

Really good curry chicken laksa! 2 types of noodles, rich flavourful soup, and soft and juicy chicken

Had char kway teow and loove it!! Generous portion, reasonable price, yummy chilli sauce also good portion of meats. Located in a spacious food court. Would def go back 🫶🏻🫶🏻

This tiny shop serves the best Hainanese Chicken I’ve had in Sydney. And it’s in a food court!!! Chilli sauce taste authentic.
I came for food, and this one is on point.
A must try when in Town Hall!

Go here if you want great spicy laksa - $10 cash special on some days. People here complain about service - it's a food court what do you expect? 😂

The Hainan chicken rice was nice but a little pricey at $17.95 including a basic classic chicken soup. The chicken was tender and juicy but they were a little heavy handed with the chicken powder in the rice. The fried chicken wing was an extra at $2.50 each but was very crispy and juicy.

My go-to orders whenever I come to Jim’s at The Galleries : Hainanese chicken rice and vegetables laksa! First of all, quick service with great portion sizes. Second, the Hainanese chicken rice was cooked fluffy and full of chicken and ginger flavours. The chicken itself is tender and sweet that was accompanied with soy sauce. There is a chilli gingerly vinegary sauce on the side which goes really well with the rice and chicken. The laksa is full of vegetables of all kinds (baby corn, mushroom, choy sum, broccoli, cauliflower, bean sprouts) and it comes with deep fried tofu. You know it’s true laksa when automatically you get 2 types of noodles in your laksa (rice vermicelli and hokkien egg noodles) and the broth is packed with coconut and curry flavours. Only downside is the plastic cutleries (because it’s located in a food court hence easier for washing) and the soup that comes with the rice was very salty.

Great place. Fast service compared to the Thai next door who takes 30mins to make your food, this place only takes 5-10 mins. Decent pricing as well and generous servings, I usually order Hainanese chicken but they didn’t have it today.

Quick service. Delicious chicken rice probably one of the best in Sydney. The rice and Chili sauce were on point and as original as those in Malaysia. Portion could be bigger for $15.80.

Located in a food court, Jim's Malaysian food is a delight. The hearty char kaoy teow is cooked with pork lard and has a generous serving.

Hainanese chicken rice exceeded expectations. I would buy this again.

Nice food , nice service , smily face on all staff. But one thing confuse was , the special lunch that cost only $11 , you can only paid by cash , otherwise the same deal paid by card would cost you $17.
