Bec is a lovely girl. She said she is one of the skin specialists. She spent time with me on phone introduce me some amazing products very detailed and patiently. Helping me analyze which would be the best option for me and share with me some interesting ingredients information. I like her service. That's the point.

I rarely post a review but came into your Mecca store yesterday. I was helped by,
I believe her name was Charlotte. She helped me make some selections and even gave me a great eye tutorial. I just wanted to say great customer service and thank you!!

What a delight to visit the newly opened Mecca store in Mosman. The whole vibe is friendly and welcoming. Special mention to our assistant Charlotte who helped my daughter purchase a fabulous lip liner and then helped me with a blush and bronzer from the Westman collection. You made a girls day out even more enjoyable and I highly recommend the store.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Each time I've visited they have gone above and beyond in service and always with a smile. They also place orders for products not in store/stock and ship them to your house. Definitely would go again.

I had a lovely in store experience due to the help provided to me by the beautiful Helena. I came in with some skin concerns and she was able to guide me to some products that have absolutely worked wonders for me. Jess was an ABSOLUTE GEM. Over the phone she was charming, helpful, and so proactive trying to find a product for me. She promised to return my call after having another look as the system showed they were in stock, and within the hour delivered on her promise.
Jess was incredibly lovely and so genuine, and after several difficulties I’ve experienced with Mecca lately she has restored so much of my loyalty back in the company.
An absolute credit to the team, and staff are such a huge reason as to why customers continue to visit Mecca in store.

This is an absolutely delightful store and the staff give it the personal touch to fit into the boutique atmosphere of Mosman Village. I went in with a young friend who was have issues with her skin and the lady there gave fantastic advice, and managed to talk me into some great skincare as well as some incredible perfume I wasn't planning on buy. I could spend hours in the store, with the smells, colours, packaging. it is all magical.

Absolutely amazing service from Victoria today. I walked in to find a foundation and she was extremely accomodating to me needs and indecisiveness. Thankyou so much !
