Love Grill'd, always quality, consistent burgers. Friendly service and generally a good place to eat.

Love the service here. Burgers are delicious as always but staff are friendly and efficient. Food comes out quickly and tastes delicious (get the low carb buns). The Vegetarian (beyond meat) burgers are a different offering to other burger places and don't fill you up so much. Sweet potato fries are tasty as well. Get the Grilled app for special offers too.

Great dine in experience, burgers are a must have and excellent atmosphere. The food is delicious and the best part is that it has been a great way of making it taste like something that is really delicious and has been a must have for me personally.

Burger quality/price is great, friendly & caring staff. As soon as you take drinks and fries, the value for money decreases (food is good, just pricey), but if you stick to wagyu burgers, great option for a casual quick meal. Today, very friendly staff ! This place always has servers running around and helping new customers. The music is really cool and they have a great area for people who are waiting for their orders. The indoor and outdoor sections are really cool, but they do get extremely busy during lunch hours. My favourite burger is the Hemp Therapy. They have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options!

i don’t eat brugers from grilled but my friend did who was very happy and loved the server and the service. tbh the waiter helped alot

Staff is friendly , hospitable and professional. Avocado chips, super salad, hamburgers , all of foods are good . Chips comes with salt and rosemary. They enter customer name on computers and Call their name when it's ready. They open till 10PM . This is one of my favourite fast food place.

Very good burgers, but the best thing is that they have Gluten Free bread!!!

I don't think I've ever had a bad burger at any Grilld restaurant before and this one is the same. They have plenty of variety, each of which have plenty of flavour.

I had the wagyu burger and the beyond meat burger with sweet potato fries 🤤🤤 burgers were juicy and the fries goesdown well with the mayo herb sauce 👌

I have never spent so long or felt more determined to order burgers for Friday lunch. I had 10 eager, hungry colleagues to feed (we'd been waiting all week for this moment!) - and when UberEats wouldn't allow us to order from Grill'd Neutral Bay and the UberEats Facebook page couldn't help us, we called Grill'd Neutral Bay in the heat and we thought Funday may be over. We couldn't get on or leave a message, so the moment of truth came when we got through to Grill'd Crows Nest. The most upbeat and attentive guy picked up the phone and he was the catalyst for how the rest of our day would go. We ordered and he picked up every detail, gave us our burgers with a grin, and before long, we were at last fat and happy and never more content with Friday. Thanks for making our day. We were also so happy to give our tokens to Mary MacKillop Today!

The BEST Grill'd branch and best hamburger place! Thanks to both the quality and service! The sweet potato chips and summer sunset burger are the favourites. You know a restaurant is doing great when the only thing that they could improve is their toilet paper holders. The fact that they come out of the holder easily and there's no shelf for extra supplies has you question the hygiene, which is a total disservice to this restaurant. I've a very sensitive stomach and low germ tolerance, and in all the years, I've never been sick. In fact, if my gut biome feels imbalanced, I always feel better after eating here. Also, if you pre-order, they've a display food warmer that not only stops your freshly made burgers and salads from going cold, but somehow, it even makes them taste better!! I always keep mine in there for 10 or so minutes.

i enjoyed my experience here - although some staff were a bit new they were really sweet. although the burgers aren’t exactly cheap grilld relish always has good deals. there’s free wifi too!

Delicious burgers and chips. Good range of choice and you can customise any burger or build your own. Fast and friendly service for lunch despite being busy. It was fun being able to order from the table using a QR code.
