Came here before the long weekend for some chops and beef blade and I have to really compliment the meat...the chops had a lot of meat on them and the flavour was really there...the beef blades flavour was really there and nice, the colour of the meat was a sight for sore eyes after getting meat from Coles which makes me wonder if coles soak their meat in blood to get their artifical coloured looking meat. Either way I am no local, just passing through on our travels so I am glad to have supported a local business that really deserves it.

hopefully we will be back through and pick up some more beef one day.

Bought 2 eye fillet steaks and they were sensational.
Could cut them with a butter Knife and fantastic flavour.

Dropped in to grab some meat on our way through town, the meat was so amazing, we wish we had of stocked the fridge up!!
