Rae at the Mosman store was unbelievably helpful and generous with her service. I have been on a mission to find a particular toy for my young sister who was just diagnosed with cancer. Whilst the toy is completely insignificant in the scheme of things right now, I made it my mission to find one and it proved difficult. Rae didn’t know any of this, yet treated me and the situation with a level of kindness and endeavour that made it seem like she did know. She went above and beyond to find the last toy of its kind in NSW and send it to a store near me. It’s struck a chord for me and I feel compelled to leave this review so it’s known how simple good service can make things feel slightly better in surreal circumstances. I hope this is conveyed to her and she realises that her kindness is so appreciated.

incredible customer service today from two lovely employees. they helped pick out a lovely lego set for my brother and i. the pair were very welcoming and knew their stuff! grateful to the pair of them, lovely to meet such kind people even through a mask!!!
