There are so many wonderful things about working for this company. My most favorite is probably my bosses😉, they are very caring and hardworking. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.

This company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. They have superb canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food is worth mentioning here. Nice and huge buildings and all necessary equipments and well organised laboratories with employee safety arrangements. They have leaders that are decisive when it comes to steering the organisations course. They know how to build strong relationships and provide open communication with their employees. They motivate their team and hold everyone to high standards of responsibility and accountability.

Do not buy off the plan if these guys are building it, just don't buy anything they're involved with whatsoever. We bought off the plan and moved in in 2016, we STILL have people onsite 'fixing' defects, we've entered our 8th year for crying out loud! They refuse to fix ours and leave mess everywhere, our balconies are covered in their grime and mess from their roof works. We've had non-compliant safety issues that have had to be fixed because they weren't legally safe for residents! They're just abhorrent. If I could give a negative star review I would. I am reluctant to name individuals but if I don't hear back after this review I will, and yes I have emailed, multiple times.
All of this is in addition to our block actually taking legal action against them and they're still totally rude and useless.
Avoid at all costs, do not waste your money.
Guarantee they'll be the next construction company to go under.

Absolutely disgraceful standard of workmanship along with rude and non-responsive supervisors. Still waiting after nearly three years to get defects and damage rectified.

Our building 2 years out still has significant defects. Despite numerous emails and information provided to GB they have shown little interest in remediating the defects. They also burn most of their contractors by not paying them on time or dispute the price.
