Carberry Park

Loved the precinct in Gundagai just off M31...

This is a great park with lots of play equipment to suit all ages that should definitely be stopped at on a long road trip. There's lots of shade, plenty of space to run around and there are public toilets within reach on the same block - these seemed to be well taken care of and in good condition.

Great spot for a break. Restrooms, shops nearby and I commend the local council for provision of dog poo bags. Whilst we carry our own, this displays a great community minded council. Oh and theres lots of play equipment if you have kids.

Great stop from Canberra to Ballarat. Park is always neat & tidy, toilets clean & I love the sculpture.

Great place to stop with dogs. A tap for a drink and plenty of grass for a pee and bins for poos. Can't ask for more!

This is much more than a nice stop on a trip along the Hume Highway.
This is a destination.
The playground has a wide variety of play equipment to suit a wide range of ages. Flying fox, climbing tower with 4 tube slides, swings, merry go round etc.
Covered picnic tables, toilets, across the road from shops.

Had the most best time sitting down and eating lunch. The grass was super green.

So pleased the statues are there I didnt know where they had gone. Took photos.
Visited the information centre to take a friend to see the Marble Masterpiece. One of Australia's best Icons to see.
The park was looking lush and green a welcome sight after paddocks of dirt any very little grass.

Nice park for a visit or a walk.. there are restrooms around.. you can also find drinking water tap.. also there are food shops nearby...

Free camping lovely spot no facilities but great overnight spot.
