Orchid Persian Restaurant

Came here for a beautiful dinner on a quiet Monday night. Enjoyed having the place to me and my family and was catered on by the caring and dedicated staff who take care of all of our needs. Really was impressed with the service and the tasty Tucker. Make sure sure you order the sultani kebab with extra rice and butter!

They bring you a very nice starter on the house. It has bread, herbs, cheese and walnut. An absolute persian delight. I ordered lamb kebab which was very good. The portion was huge like all the restaurants in Iran. The atmosphere could be improved, specifically the curtains and the entrance. It was a bit difficult to find the place as it is on the second floor.

I had my birthday party at Orchid restaurant, loved every moment of it and we couldn’t find any place better than here .

I went here with my family and parents. Kids enjoyed the music and the lights. We enjoyed the fresh and well-designed food. Great staff and manager. The place itself is so luxurious comparing to other Persian restaurants. Overall if I go to Sydney again, I'd go there again.

I had to change the reservation once and it was easy as. We went for dinner and had a great experience. There were 4 adults and 2 young kids in our group.The food portion is large, relaxed environment, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The kebab with rice was delicious! Highly recommended.

My mate took me to this restaurant for buffet. Very different culture experience. Nice and friendly staff, and delicious food. Will take my friends there next time. Btw, the belly dance was good.

So I came here with a date who recommended I try this place - that was probably the only positive thing about her. Enough about that though - this place is truly wonderful. I really LOVE Persian food. Excellent services and food, every thing was good and they had warm welcoming. manager was very polite. I didn't recognize how someone say it was bad. I think some competitors trying to create fake comments for this restaurant.

Food is great and the service was even better

Oh my goodness. The dishes I ordered from this restaurant are always divine, sooo tasty and fresh! The Gorme sabzi is the best i've ever had and the lamb shank is absolutely delicious and tender. What I love most about the food is that it is FRESH and cooked to perfection. Hats off to the chef! Top notch persian food, you wont find better in Sydney. My only ask - make the tahdig rice more crispy!

Our office is located in St Leonards.

Every few month my colleagues and I (on average about 8 people each time) attend this lovely restaurant to have dinner together.

Last Thursday; that is, on 25.08.16 we all attended the Orchid Restaurant and we all enjoyed the dinner.

I recall that after finishing the meal one of my colleagues approached me and said prior to attending the Restaurant he was reading the reviews and found that they were not that promising; but after having the meal he said to the effect that the reviews were not a good indication of facts. He also said that the food was great and he will continue to attend this Restaurant.

We had memorial service on Friday night . Manager with all personnel were excellent manners and food was delicious with lots of different types of food.Staff was very polite with excellent costumer service. Highly recommend

It is probably one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The restaurant manager was a very respectable man. In addition, I really liked the taste of Iranian food and it was excellent.

Last night my surprised birthday party was at Orchid Persian Restaurant, great experience, amazing food, we all had persian especial chicken, fish and beef fillet saffron kebab skewers 90cm each !! I loved it.. we all impressed!I never forget the moment the singer announced my birthday and sang my favourite song by frank sinatra , the price was surprisingly reasonable, staff were friendly. clean and classy place. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The best typical Persian food I have tried so far. The chicken and beef skewers were really well seaoned, the portions were very generous. I will definitely come back.
