I emailed Esther from the Medal Shop in early January 2024 in regards to having my Retirement Board updated with a further medal.

At the time, the Medal Shop was closed due to the holiday break. This aside, Esther replied in a very short time. As I was travelling to Sydney from country's NSW in late January 2024, the board was dropped off to Esther on a Monday.

As we were returning home on the Thursday of that week, Esther indicated from the outset that the update would be completed. On the Wednesday, Vanessa text me indicating that the Board was completed with more changes then had been expected.

Both Esther and Vanessa are experts in their field, being very professional and friendly. I could not speak any more highly and recommend the Medal Shop to any person requiring any facet/s of medal presentation.

Took a couple of long service & good conduct medals down to have clasps added, did them both while we waited.

Fantastic service from the staff with a quick turn around and reasonable price point. Was so happy with the result.

Great quality service with well explained options for your medal mounting needs. I was well looked after getting a new medal mounted to my original full size and miniatures as well as a new ribbon bar.

All items were well done and the mounting was heavy duty which is handy considering the weight of the medals once you have a few.

The turn around was quite quick post ordering with great communication from the team on status.

Highly recommend this store. Will definately be back in the future.

I just picked up my medal mounted frame of my grandfather who fought in WW1 - It was done exactly how I wanted it. The girls were amazing with their help & suggestions with what they could do - actually it was quite emotional & I sincerely would like to thank the Medal Shop for a beautful job. I just wish he could be here to see it.

Ordered the medals I wanted court mounted and the associated ribbon bars, the job was well done and the mounting better than I’ve seen from some other shops.
The job was done fairly quickly after ordering over the phone and the medals were mailed to me well packaged and on perfect condition.

I wanted to write a review of this place because of the exceptional experience and quality of work I had in this shop.
My partner who works for Defence asked around ACT for who was the best in the business and these guys came highly recommended.
They were pleasant to deal with, suggested great solutions, educated me in the process (they were a gift from my late grandfather) and the quality of the medals and how they were dressed was impeccable!
I can't speak highly enough. Turns out the (many) people that recommended them were right :)

Have been a few times over the years. Every time no problems, and very well made medal sets.

Had my grandfather's ww2 medals reconditioned by these lovely guys. WOW what a difference, the shine on the medals are so bright. Had to ask if they were the same medals. The attention to detail is proof that the MEDAL SHOP know what there doing. Fantastic and highly recommend this company for all medal work. The price was also amazing, thought it was going to be more expensive .Thank you so much you made my year.

Wow, how good are these guys. After waiting 2 weeks with another company I came to Cary's and they did the job within an hour. Staff are super friendly and would 110% recommend them.

They did a fantastic job with my grandfather's and great grandfather's WW1 and WW2 medals. Very special moment to collect them, they looked like totally new medals, and know that my son's can wear with them pride. The staff clearly care about what they do, thanks.

We are really pleased with the friendly service we received from The Medal Shop after such short notice, they replaced my grandfathers ribbons and mounted them on a bar in time for tomorrows Anzac Day. A special thanks to Easter for her friendly and sympathetic attitude to her customers.
