Villa Stella is absolutely breathtaking, completely exceeded our expectations!
We spent the weekend here for his birthday... They provide a full self-serve breakfast and our favourite organic Shiraz and mouth-watering chocolate croissants on arrival. The views are amazing, waking up to peace and serenity every morning. Cannot wait to go back! Thank you, Christelle, for making our time here a memorable experience :)

My husband and I stayed in the Vue Villa for our honeymoon. Upon arrival we were both amazed by the whole place! Christelle had the room set up just perfect for us to enjoy our romantic days/nights together. The room itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The spa was a real hit and being able to sit outside enjoying the view and local kangaroos coming up to say hi was bliss! We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again. Thank you so much Christelle for making our honeymoon nothing but amazing!

My husband and I stayed at Cedars Mount View for our honeymoon in the Vue Villa. We could not have asked for a more perfect stay, Christelle was so helpful, friendly and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location and villa was perfect and we will definitely be back in the future! Could not recommend this stay anymore to couples looking for a weekend or short stay getaway in the hunter region. We did the honeymoon package and also the helicopter experience, both seamlessly organised for us by Christelle.

We went to Cedars to celebrate our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay. The quiet luxury of this location paired with the beautiful private surrounds made for the perfect getaway. All our needs were catered to and nothing was a problem, we would recommend Cedars to anyone and will definitely be returning.

Amazing spot, stayed at the Lorea Villa and it was absolutely perfect💯🙌 would highly recommend. Had all the amenities you could ever ask for.

Beautiful off the grid location. Perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Expect no phone reception, but wifi is provided.

We got a nice surprise upgrade, the villa was spotless and nicely designed. Kitchen was well equipped. We woke up to cute little kangaroos in the backyard. Christelle was a wonderful host, prompt responses to our questions.

There was no hot water the first night but they were able to fix it the next morning.

We will definitely be back :)

Absolutely loved our weekend away here. We stayed at the Treehouse for my husbands 30th – it was secluded and a nice way to slow down and be surrounded by nature. We loved all the details in the place and how well equipped it was. Christelle was so kind and very accomodating – she had our food packages and dessert all sorted for us. Oh and the spa overlooking nature was our favourite!

If you want a relaxing and luxurious break, Cedars Mountain View is perfect. You won't want to leave. Christelle and Gilbert are wonderful hosts. Everything was so easy. Christelle messaged with all the details and was easily contacted and quick to respond. The villa is spectacular, lovely music welcomed us. As soon as I walked through the villa door, I felt calm. And the next few days remained that way. We'll be back!

My partner and I stayed in the Treehouse Villa, and were astounded by the luxurious amenities, beautiful location and amazing service! Already wishing I was back here, thankyou to Christelle and Gilbert for making my birthday getaway one I’ll never forget!

We had an amazing weekend in the beautiful Villa Lorea, it was immaculate and had everything we needed from a coffee machine, a bbq to a soda stream. The infrared sauna was such a treat to be able to wake up and do and the tranquility of the location made our weekend so relaxing.
Christelle was so helpful and did a perfect job of organising everything, we really appreciated her help. Can’t wait to come back again :)

I proposed to my (now) wife here. Christelle was extremely accommodating and arranged the most romantic setting in our room. It was clean, beautiful, and worth every bit in this corner of hunter valley.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary. Although we expected it to be of high quality, The Terrace completely exceeded expectations. The place was extremely clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates (which was a bonus). Everything was extremely new and nothing felt cheap. The views were amazing, waking up to peace and serenity, you would feel as if you were in the middle of the country, but you are so close to everything in the hunter. Definitely the best place in The Hunter Valley and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

What an amazing place! We loved everything about our recent stay at The Ridge, from the amazing views from every corner of the cottage (including the shower!) to all the 5-star comforts you'd expect (we particularly loved the fireplace). Totally secluded and private, and yet just minutes away from the wineries, the place was extremely clean and contained everything we needed for complete relaxation. Surrounded by gum trees and an amazing array of wildlife, we were able to slow down, reconnect with nature and completely recharge our batteries. We will most definitely be back!

Spend a weekend at the Villa Lorea and it was a wonderful experience, very quiet and can switch off completely. Saw some horses and kangaroos around the villa.
There is no phone reception but wifi is available, perfect for honeymoon and couples, awesome views

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at The Terrace for a weekend getaway and we already want to go back! Despite having to reschedule due to Covid-19 restrictions, Christelle was extremely helpful and accommodating in making our experience stress free and seamless. She also provided amazing recommendations for local wine tours and eateries. The location and accommodation far exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, peaceful and private with stunning surrounding views. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Hunter.

We had such a relaxing weekend away. Peaceful and superb place to stay. We are looking forward to staying again in Nov.
The BBQ hamper was delicious and wine too. Location fantastic only a 5-10 mins drive from the wineries.

Our experience at cedars have been absolutely amazing. Quiet and peaceful, with kangaroo visits in the morning. The owners are lovely, caring and always there to help. They helped my partner to create the most beautiful experience for our engagement that we will never forget. We will def. Be coming back. Everyone they suggested to take us on tours have also been unreal. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks cedars for a getaway that we will never forget.!!!!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Came here for my honeymoon in June & everything was perfect. The houses feel so private & secluded from the others. Christelle was more than accommodating and very helpful both before and during our stay. Will definitely be returning to Cedars Mount View in the future.

Wow, what a little slice of paradise! We stumbled across this place by accident and are so glad we booked, we stayed in The Vue and really enjoyed all of its facilities and privacy. Christelle was an absolute pleasure and offered outstanding communication and additional services that could be added to make the most out of your stay.

The villa was extremely clean with no signs of age and very well equipped for long stays.

The only remark would be the venue requires up to 5kms of dirt road, which have seen better days with recent heavy rain. Cars with low profile tyres may struggle and will need to travel quite slowly. We unfortunately had a flat tyre and Christelle was kind enough to offer to arrange for its repair so we could continue on with our holiday with no impact.

We would most certainly be back and couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

My husband and I recently spent two nights in Villa Lorea, as part of our honeymoon, and we had the most fantastic time - we both agree that it was the best part of our trip.
The villa is absolutely gorgeous, every architectural and styling detail is of the highest quality and everything provided for us during our stay was so thoughtful. We had arrived in the early afternoon after a long day of driving and walked into the villa which felt like an oasis! The fire was burning, there was music playing, the fridge was stocked with brekky and there was a beautiful note and macaroons waiting for us. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed the infrared sauna whilst there! We felt so relaxed for our entire stay and the villa is beautifully private - although you may encounter a kangaroo or two hopping past while you're in the bathroom! The location is beautifully serene and peaceful and we absolutely cannot wait to return. We would both highly recommend Villa Lorea for anyone wanting a private luxury stay.
