Jarrod made a f%d situation as stress free as it could be.
My 4wd broke down, and while it was most likely a tow situation, I wasn't sure. There was a small chance it could be fixed on the spot.
Given he's a mechanic turned tow truck driver, he was the only mechanic I called willing to drive out and do a remote inspection. He inspected on the spot and got on the phone with my local mechanic in Melbourne and they talked through the problem. A tow from NSW back to Melb was the only option.
It was 5pm at this stage. Jarrod didn't say we'll do this tomorrow, or on the weekend. He said, lets get it done and tow this thing back to Melb now.
He returned with his tow truck and towed me back to Melb (435km) and then drove another 40 mins to drop me at my partners house after that. We chatted for about 5 hours straight on the drive. :)

Great friendly place to get all your big rigs fixed or parts. Smaller vehicles also catered for. Excellent detailing also done there, all you have to do is ask for things you need and you may be pleasantly surprised in what they have in stock.

Jarrod was very helpful...he checked both batteries but unfortunatly didn't have those special ones for motorhome. He recommended next town suppliers in Marchall batteries in Albury! Thanks Jarrod for your friendly and professional manners!
