The customer service I received from Brett was just amazing.
I had accidentally ordered the wrong wetsuit for my husband online and called the store to see if I could change it.
Although the one I wanted was not available in store, Brett contacted their supplier to arrange for one to be sent directly to me within a couple of days!
He kept me updated at all times and I truly appreciated the extra effort he made to fix my mistake!

Love this locally owned & operated surf shop. Not only does it have a large selection of goods to suit everybody, but they also have a wealth of knowledge through many years of experience in the industry.

They're highly respected in the community and participate in a lot of charity events. All-around best surf shop on the Mid North Coast.

When they did not have the wedsuit I wanted in store they ordered it and delivered it to me! In the meantime I could borrow one from the store! Very nice staff and good service!

Great shop.

Bought swimmers for my daughter. Next day after going to the beach for 30 mins I was hanging them out and noticed a split in the bottoms' lining. Took them back and explained, but the (presumed) owner was not happy or helpful. Could understand if it was a week later, but 24 hours?
Other than that, they had a good range at decent prices.
