Lovely staff, I go here frequently... always make delicious juices.

great place to get juice, servers are always polite and more than happy to help.

Great smoothies but it is 920am on a Tuesday and you are not open? Dissapointed as I made the trip here just for my fav smoothie

Big fan of a lot of the juices and smoothies here but the prices are just way too high in my opinion

Says it closes at 7pm, actually is closed at 5:40pm when there are loads of people (potential customers) in the area.

Quality of the acai bowl was very poor. Tastes like flavored ice. Quantity of fruit is just too low for $10 item.

I Could not even give this place 1 star. Have given them 4 chances now and will not be going back.
There is no customer service at this place at all.
Staff are always rude and too busy chit chatting and forget your order. Today I was asked to repeat my order 4 times.
They don't clean machines between juicing - so you end up with bits of the previous order.
Ask for ice with my juice: response: "maybe you can just take it like this and put in your own at home". Given I am paying $7.00 for a juice you would think it is a reasonable expectation to get what i want??
DONT BOTHER GOING HERE - WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Wanted to order 3 drinks at the Crows Nest store, was told we they had run out of watermelon so they couldn’t make our requested drinks. This was a very confusing comment, as we could see a 1/2 watermelon displayed in the counter. When we pointed this out, we were told the store was closing in 10 mins (although Google My Business advertised they were meant to close in 40 mins) so they weren’t going to cut the watermelon for us. Apparently a 3 drink order wasn’t worth the effort, so ended up not buying anything and went to Oliver Brown 10metres away instead.

WORST SERVICE!!! The lady literally did not want to serve us. We asked for a feel good and made an excuse that there wasn’t any fruit available when we could clearly the fruit on display. How do you operate a store with terrible customer service??

I frequent many Top Juice across Sydney and I have to say this particular store is horrible, the staff there had no idea what a groupon was and had to call the boss, ended up not bothering and paying full price instead of using the voucher, however my Minty Mix was not strained and huge chunks of mint pulp was in the juice, had to get it replaced but the staff member did not understand what was wrong until I step by step explained , would ask everyone to exercise caution if deciding to approach this store.

There was no customer and the staffs literally ignored us because they are too busy chit chatting. Shame on you. You literally don't need your customers.
