Emu Walk Apartments

Nice location for easy access to the rocks. Room is spacious and good lounge within. However the shower was not that clean. Not much views from the apartment!

Updated apartment interior. Very modern. Adequate kitchen facilities. Spacious one bedroom apartment with option of 2 sofa beds. Easy access to Town Square and other resorts.Just wish there is a regular fridge instead of bar fridge. Good service. Highly recommend if suits your budget.

I can't find anything I could possibly complain about. The rooms looked exactly like on the picture.
Spacious and fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom was very nice and clean and shower pressure was also great.
The staff there was absolutely amazing and always kind, smiling all the time.
Also I didn't expect I could be able to use a pools of other hotels of this resort, that was a very pleasant surprise.

We stayed five nights at the Emu Walk Apartments. Firstly I love the location. It is smack bang in the middle of Desert Gardens and Sails and is therefore the closest to the Town Square.
Secondly it was very spacious. We had a two bedroom apartment that overlooked the grass area off the town square. Ours was a split level apartment with the top level holding the kitchen, dining room, bathroom and the first queen bedroom. The lower level had the lounge and the second bedroom.

The kitchen was well appointed and had most of the things you needed. Ours had a bar fridge AND a bar freezer although some of the trays in the freezer were frozen shut so there really was only one tray that was useable. Plenty of cutlery and crockery and pots and pans. We did have a problem with our electric frypan though but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was ok. The shower cubicle was a tad on the small side and leaked water. We also had problem getting the door open but managed to figure it out. This was all reported on check out. I was actually afraid after reading a few reviews about needing to walk through one room to get to the bathroom but thankfully this was not the case in our apartment.

The room was actually quite cool and we turned off the AC after the first day as we felt that we didn't need it. Definitely worth staying here if you plan on doing your own meals to save some money.

Spacious apartment well equipped for a long or short stay. I was on the ground floor with a small patio area. Apartment was very clean and bathroom amenities were excellent. No restaurant attached to the apartments however multiple choices available within no more than a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is best place to stay, very happy it exists and is there. Had very good time recently visiting exquisite Uluru. The immigrant staff working here make it enjoyable and bring it up because they have better attitude that the penal collony Aussies.

We loved these apartments. They were beautifully decorated and furnished stylishly. They v even had a washing machine and dryer. The staff were excellent and very attentive towards any request. Would highly recommend over the more pricey Sails in the Desert resort. You can visit all the facilities in each of the resorts/accommodation aswell.

We stayed here last week and were very happy. Emu Walk ticked all the boxes. So close to town square, like a stone throw away. Nice and spacious for our family of four. Very clean. The only negative that for an apartment I would think that an oven would be part of the kitchen, this was part of the reason why we booked this apartment, but no oven. Had everything else though and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you would need. Nice touches of coffee and a great selection on teas.

Staff are good, the apartment is good size for the cost. But if the weather gets bad as in heavy overcast and rail you loose all TV channels except CNN, advised reception and they said not much can be done it's the weather.
The other thing to remember eating out costs a lot more because of the remote location. Even the IGA costs more because of the remote location.

Great location! Rooms are exactly like the pictures, fully equipped kitchen (no oven but there is a stovetop & microwave) and so handy having the sofabeds. Wheelchair ramp to most rooms :)

Beautiful environment, kind staff, comfy beds. love the soap. Like a home away from home. Very good to have a kitchen at Yulara and a place to be out of the sun and quiet. The supermarket just a short walk away is very well stocked with fresh veggies and all kinds of groceries.Way more available that I expected.

We had one bed room apartment and it was great. It was spacious, had a king bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed for our two kids. All comfy, clean and close to town square. Service was great, could not fault it, will come back again!!

Emu Walk Apartments are exceptional! We travelled with another couple Australia Day 2022. The apartments are well stocked everywhere from the kitchen to the bathroom. Plenty of towels, pillows, shampoo, creams - everything you need. Very clean and the staff at the resort are just lovely. The beds are very comfortable and air conditioning works great. It is just around the corner from the Town Square where we were able to purchase a few groceries. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Uluru.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with my elderly father, we both loved it. Was very surprised with conditions and cleaned due to been in the desert, worth every sent. Housekeeping were lovely to chat with

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and everyone loved it. The apartment was huge and we found ample supplies of every single thing we needed. This was the first holiday accommodation where I had seen scissors in the kitchen. It was very well equipped and organised. The bathroom was also decked with heaps of everything. There was a TV in the lounge area, and one in each bedroom. We were lucky to stay right next to the town square, where there are gift shops and cafes and an IGA. It was really convenient. Tour pickups were all at the Desert Garden Hotel, which is just a few minutes walk away. Nothing is cheap in Uluru but these apartments are really value for money and so very comfortable.

Loved out 3 day stay at the Emu Walk Apartments, it was extremely comfortable, clean and had all facilities required incl kitchen, washing machine & dryer. The staff were super helpful, friendly, professional & courteous. We had housekeeping clean and make beds daily without having to request. For being in such a remote location they provided a good selection of tea and coffee including milk . The town square was very handy and had a good priced IGA and cafe and restaurant which was priced at par with any metro eateries. Would highly recommend this to families travelling with kids who would like to make a meal.or two.

Great apartments, even better than we expected. Clean, comfortable and convenient; close to shops, restaurants, cafes and bus stops for tours. Service and pretty much everyone around the resort super friendly and helpful.

Perfect little one bedroom apartment, very clean, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, lovely comfy bed, gorgeous feature wall, private, great location, friendly staff upon check in, close to everything such as cafe for morning coffee, shuttle services, IGA shop, Yulara square and amenities. Several good lookouts around Yulara village to choose from for a viewpoint but then only a short drive ( approx 10mns) to National Park. Thank you

A superb place, apartments are very luxurious and clean. The employees are very nice and helpful! Connected to the 2 others hotel with pools it's a nice resort to stay in family, couple or friends with a middle budget.

The kitchen are well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, there is a small terrace with outdoor chairs and table.

Dining/living room is spacious with large table for up to 6/8 people and 2 sofas, 2 TV (one in bedroom as well).

Personal experience: I forgot my phone charger and notice it 30 minutes before my flight take off and they kindly brought it back to me!

I strongly recommend this place to stay for a weekend and enjoy a trek to Uluru-Kata Tjuta park!
